"Place was good and we could park the car well. The parking garage manager was really kind. The hotel has 7 eleven downstairs and also a laundry room if you pay (the wasmachine is really big so you could drop all your clothes at the end of the stay). The only little problem is the room is a bit small. We had quit big suitcases so if you bring big suitcases, book a bigger room or be smart when packing. The location is really nice only 2 minutes from the market and so many food options around the hotel!"

"The room was clean, spacious and well-lit. The location was near to many restaurants and convenience stores, including a walking distance to Seogwipo Olle Market. The staff were friendly and courteous and it’s near to the airport. It has a parking space as well, perfect for travelling with rental cars. Highly recommend."

"Great stay overall. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, including the carpark staff. The room was well-maintained, though the carpet could have been cleaner. 2 minor issue was that the toilet light would occasionally switch off unexpectedly and window mesh are not sealed properly that caused the mosquito to fly in. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience."

"We had a 4 days stay. Upon checking into our room, we realised there is only one bath towel and 3 face towels. We called front desk to request for additional bath towel since there is 2 of us. We were told be the receptionist that they do not provide additional bath towel, charges applied if we insist to have additional bath towel. The receptionist cannot speak fluent English which makes the communication difficult. We have to make do with whatever towels provided because we do nit wish to pay for additional fee. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is good, within walking distances to Olle market, Olive young Artbox and Lee Jung Seop Street. There is a convenient store at the Hotel too."

"I came to Jeju for a 3-day relaxing getaway, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. My main criterion when choosing a hotel was having a swimming pool, as I really wanted to swim but wasn’t sure whether the sea would already be warm enough. The rooftop pool was perfect for both swimming and relaxing after my hike up Hallasan. The views of the ocean were stunning, and on my first evening I was even able to watch fireworks over Saeyeongyo Bridge directly from the pool. The location is excellent, especially for travelers without a car. I do not have a driver’s license and relied entirely on public transportation during my stay. The hotel is surrounded by bus stops, and I was able to reach Hallasan and Jeju Airport by limousine bus without transfers. The airport bus stop is almost right in front of the hotel entrance. My room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, including slippers, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the park, waterfalls, the ocean, and Saeseom Island. The hotel also has a CU convenience store, a yoga room, and a fitness center. Breakfast is available as a buffet with a mix of Korean and Western dishes. Even though I arrived close to the end of breakfast service, there was still plenty of food available and I was able to put together a well-balanced meal. What impressed me most was the kindness of the staff. I asked one of the receptionists for recommendations on beaches and seafood restaurants, and she kindly printed out a detailed list that the hotel staff had prepared specifically for guests. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jeju."

"We booked the Deluxe Family Twin Ocean View room and instead we were given a street view room that faced a construction site. We were woken up by the construction noises every morning. I tried to fight this issue with the front lobby however they said that they randomly assign rooms and you can't be guaranteed an ocean view room which was crazy to my husband and I as we paid extra for this room type. Our towels were changed everyday and we were given waters everyday. The carpet in the room is a little cringe and outdated. The shower was good and we didn't have any drainage issues either. The parking is also an issue, they don't reimburse you the full amount however you have no choice but to use paid parking as the hotel doesn't provide free parking."

"Spacious room. It is located at the mountain side, thus it can be very quiet at night. Had a convenient store beside the lobby. Best to buy your food there to eat or you can drive out to nearby restaurant."

"酒店目前預開業中，應該是重新翻修了，走道里還有點裝修味道，房間裏倒是沒有。房間寬敞，兩個大箱子都能鋪開，還有空間可以活動。老闆熱情友好，給安排了比較高的樓層，晚上可以看到鳥緣橋亮燈。酒店地理位置很好，可以步行到天地淵瀑布，西歸浦潛水艇。距離偶來市場和李仲夑街區也衹要六七分鐘。到達酒店也很方便，從機場5號門出來搭乘600路到Saetgijeong Park下車然後馬路對面按導航步行5分鐘就到了，車費5500won，一個半小時左右。"
