Dear Ruby Luxe Hotel Team,I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel in Vientiane. Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. Very convenient location. This is good hotel with spacious rooms with modern design. It's good value for the price. There is no pool or restaurant but there are lots of restaurants and cafe just outside. I would like to compliment Mr Anouar for stellar service in the reception. He stood out from rest of the staff with excellent language skills and service mentality.   

A cheap stay, good for our one night only. Room had no natural light and the lights flickered. Bathrooms were fine and mostly tidy, shared with everyone else. No shampoo or body wash in shower and no towel provided. Breakfast was fine, bread and some potatoes with egg. Super central to the night market and close enough to the Mekong. Good stay for the one night only.

A solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

The room smell terribly smoky. There was advertisement in the room for erotic massage. The breakfast was cold and limited.

**Excellent value, great location and impressive facilities** Overall, this hotel offers very strong value for money and was one of the most convenient places I stayed in Vientiane. The location is excellent. The hotel is in a very practical central area, with two large shopping complexes nearby and the morning market on the other side. Everything you may need is easy to access: shops, food, basic services and deliveries. For a European traveller, the location is especially convenient, and it would be difficult to find a much better area for this price. The facilities were also a pleasant surprise. The gym is spacious, air-conditioned and equipped with modern machines. Next to it, there is a large outdoor swimming pool with enough space for both adults and children, as well as sun loungers around the pool area. There is also a sauna. It felt a bit worn and could have been hotter, but I still enjoyed using it after the gym. I stayed on the 13th floor and the view was one of the highlights of the stay. From one side, there was a beautiful view of the Mekong River and nearby temples, and from the other side, a view toward Patuxai. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which added to the overall value. There are a few areas that could be improved. The rooms did not have convenient international or European-style power sockets, so I had to buy an adapter. Also, not all elevators were working at times, which sometimes caused long waiting times. English communication at the reception was limited, which may be inconvenient for international guests. Despite these issues, I think the hotel is excellent for its price. With its location, gym, pool, views and included breakfast, it is a very strong option in Vientiane and I would recommend it.

This hotel 🏨 in Vientiane has great rooms vs. affordable prices per night. Internet access us available, however, outdated. So best is, having a l9cal sim-card hotspot-connected to your e.g. laptop to wirk, surf or just listening to music. The staff is very supportive, speaks a bit English but mainly, Laotian, Thai and Chinese language. The swimming pool is ok, unfortunately, the gym was closed (under repair).. In general, good service-value ratio.

It was big, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. The shower had hot water be careful and the overall design felt nice. It was a refreshing space to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good range of options to suit different tastes. There was a mix of local Lao dishes and international favorites, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality of the food was very good, and the dining area was pleasant and well-maintained. It was a great way to start the day. Staff: The staff at Central Vientiane Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or help with arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Overall Experience: My stay at Central Vientiane Hotel was enjoyable. The combination of a large, comfortable room, a big and clean bathroom, a varied breakfast, and the attentive staff made it a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vientiane, whether for business or leisure. It offers great value for money, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Sangat bagus, walaupun hotel sebelum ini mempunyai kemudahan yang sangat baik, tetapi ia pasti berbeza mengikut arus perdana semasa.
