Hotel berhampiran Zon Arkeologi El Rey, Cancun

This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

The location is good, supermarket and many restaurants are nearby, they also have a 24 hrs coffer shop, which is good for us to have a simple breakfast before we hang out in the early morning. However, we have to bring our big suitcase to level 3 by staircase and the cleanness needs to improve.

Excellent value for price. Clean and decent. Huge room with kitchen and living room. Buffet breakfast. Plenty of choices with changes everyday. Spacious and relaxing environment. Highly recommend to others. Will visit again.

Nice hotel and helpful staff, with convenient access to the beach and lovely views throughout.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. My room did have some really small ants everywhere. The floors in our room needed extra attention. But I didn’t go to stay in my Room. The Amenity’s here are excellent. Guillermo at the pool bar, made us the best Drinks. I loved the location and the Food options. I would book here again.

My stay at Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking – being right next to the beach made it a dream destination for relaxation and enjoying Cancun's natural beauty. The proximity to the ocean, combined with the serene surroundings, deserves a perfect 10/10 for location. The staff was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 10/10 for their friendliness and dedication. The ambiance of the hotel was serene and inviting, making it an ideal getaway, which I would rate 9/10. While the restaurant could improve slightly, I would still give it a commendable 8/10 for its offerings. Overall, considering the outstanding beachfront location, the exceptional staff, and the peaceful ambiance, my experience was nothing short of delightful. I would confidently rate my stay a 9.5/10 and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cancun!

A pleasant stay. We received a room upgrade to ocean view which was lovely. Good size spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!

I love the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food in the Italian restaurant is awesome! Great location next to the beach. Although there are not many activities in the hotel, it is quite, cozy compare to the busy area.

Best place I’ve stayed at in the last 5 years of travelling this place is amazing loved every second of it. Had one issue with security bringing a girl in who was up my a$$ but we got her a day pass like we intended too and we were all good again. Least you know security is good so again couldn’t recommend a place better and for the price this is a BARGAIN

I spent 3 night. The first night the fridge was not working and I went to the reception but was told it’s will be fixed in the morning. Someone came in the morning and checked and said its working.I came back from the pool and the fridge was not working. I went to the reception twice . They told me again that someone will come and check. The next day which was my last day. I went to the reception and requested to speak with a manager. The supervisor on duty was Alan. He apologized and offer me a new room for the night and allowed me for a late check out the next day.
