"The location was very convenient, right in the city centre. It was clean and had all amenities including a shared laundry room. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was a stuck when I arrived as I had an issue with my bank card so I needed to use cash and the taxi driver didn’t carry cash for change. The hotel very kindly paid on my behalf."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The concierge desk was super helpful, you can basically ask them anything. Needed an umbrella, directions to the nearest post office, and even tape, and the staff were always quick to help (they even delivered items to our room). Service was excellent and very attentive. Location is great too, close to the city center, so getting around was easy. There’s also a ****** upstairs. Only small downside was that we got confused with another SkyCity property and accidentally went to the wrong one at first. Parking was also a bit tricky to find."

"Wonderful central hotel, with eclectic decor. Very easy access to the ferry. Fantastic rooms - we were upgraded to a loft. It had a great bar restaurant, delicious breakfast and super helpful and accommodating staff."

"The deluxe room we stayed in this time was fabulous due to the spaciousness. It was also quiet due to the location of the room. Double whammy. It was cleaned to a standard that was very comfortable to stay in. Unfortunately the late night menu wasn’t quite complete as there were only a couple of things available. Overall, kids are pretty happy with the stay."
