MM. SoA great hotel conveniently located directly across the international terminal. There is 24 hours reception and staff are friendly and professional. The room is very clean and the bedding and pillow are comfortable. It would have been even better if there were slippers and dental kit made available. There are various lounges, onsite restaurant and fitness room. Didn't get to use all the facilities, but maybe next time! If you need a short stay near the airport, this is worth a visit!

Selepas turun dari kereta api di Stesen Waitamata dari lapangan terbang, saya hanya perlu berjalan kaki ke Britomart untuk menaiki bas kira-kira empat atau lima hentian, dan perhentian bas betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Terdapat banyak perhentian bas berdekatan, menjadikannya mudah untuk ke mana-mana. Proses daftar masuk di hotel berjalan lancar. Walaupun ramai orang mendaftar masuk pada sebelah petang, keseluruhannya sangat teratur dan efisien. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat mesra, malah bertanya sama ada saya pernah menginap di hotel mereka sebelum ini. Saya beritahu mereka saya pernah menginap di Cordis Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing, tetapi ini kali pertama saya di sini. Sebaik sahaja melangkah masuk, saya terhidu bau pewangi hotel, yang sememangnya sama seperti di Cordis Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing. Kemudahan bilik semuanya sangat baik, tilam sangat selesa, dan terdapat banyak soket pengecasan. Wi-Fi hotel juga sangat pantas. Peralatan mandian berkualiti tinggi, dengan bau yang menyenangkan. Pada musim luruh yang kering ini, penggunaan losyen pelembap membuatkan saya berasa sangat selesa. Sarapan pagi di Cordis Hotel memang terkenal, dan apabila saya tiba di restoran pada waktu pagi, memang terdapat pelbagai jenis hidangan yang kelihatan sangat menyelerakan. Mungkin disebabkan jet lag, perut saya masih terasa seperti jam empat atau lima pagi selepas makan, jadi saya tidak makan banyak. Secara keseluruhan, tempahan melalui Ctrip kali ini memang sangat berbaloi. Perjalanan yang selesa ini membuatkan saya sangat gembira dan tenang.

HHZ HZThe hotel's location is highly desirable, offering convenient access to a wide array of dining establishments, particularly the numerous Korean restaurants situated on the upper section of Queens Street, directly across from the property. Despite the presence of multiple tourist groups, the room provided a comfortable and tranquil environment. My stay was significantly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Oliver at the front desk, whose friendly demeanor and evident passion for his work were particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend seeking his assistance should you require any support during your visit.

AAR mustafaI stayed at Auckland Harbour Suites for five days. Overall, the hotel offered a good location and comfortable facilities. However, I experienced an incident that I feel is important to share for the awareness of future guests.
On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my insulated winter pants (thermal trousers) were missing when I wanted to use them. My wife and I searched the entire room thoroughly, including under the bed sheets, but we could not locate the item. We reported the matter to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue and informed us that they would look into it. I also mentioned that I was not accusing any staff member and that there was a possibility I might have misplaced it.
Despite continuing our search later that night, the item was still not found. The winter pants are quite bulky, padded, and lined with thick beige synthetic fur, making them easy to recognise and unlikely to be overlooked.
When we returned to our room the following day, we found that the winter pants had been placed on the dining table. I took photos as evidence. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that the item had been found under the bed sheet. I found this explanation difficult to believe, as the pants are large and easily recognizable. While I chose not to argue further, I strongly suspect that the item had been taken out of the room and later returned.
While I cannot determine exactly what happened and prove this without further evidence such as CCTV footage, I believe this incident serves as a reminder for guests to take extra care and be mindful of their personal belongings during their stay.
I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests and to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

CCarla J HappMy husband and I stayed here just for a night. The room was clean and tidy, looked a bit old though inside compared to the flashy lobby. Was disappointed that no one gave us a heads up before checking-in about the air conditioning not working. A fan was provided though so thank you. However, we still couldn’t sleep well, it all felt quite stuffy even with the windows open throughout the night. I woke up with a blocked nose, still feeling quite tired and my husband’s allergies kicked in so he kept sneezing. Parking is available at the hotel for an extra fee however it’s pretty cramped, need to be very cautious while driving into and out of the parking area.

PPengguna TetamuIdeal solution for a late arriving flight, easy and simple with a spacious, well-appointed room. Excellent value for money, especially with the shuttle included. The food was the only disappointment, with a chicken burger being $25 but not having chicken breast patties like should be standard for this price-point - instead it had cheap orange-coloured crumbed minced ”mystery chicken” patties.

The check in was slightly confusing as you need to go to a different building which would have been useful on an email prior
