My stay at Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

Pros - Great easy check in experience. Best I’ve had - The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo. - Bathroom has a bath - The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures) - Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures) Cons - minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people. - TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room. - There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night.. - The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either. - The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable. We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’. Book a cheaper room

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The unit was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The staff were friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in one place.

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

We decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people. We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs. Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Additionally, the service is excellent—the staff are very welcoming and attentive. 飯店的地點真的極好，交通和生活機能都非常方便！服務人員的態度也極佳，讓人感覺很親切。 However, the room facilities could be improved. The bathroom towels had a noticeable odor, and the bathroom door was broken, which slightly impacted the overall stay. 比較美中不足的是房間設施，浴室的毛巾有點味道，而且廁所門是壞的，這點稍微影響了住宿體驗。 Overall, it is still an OK place to stay, mainly because the location is such a huge advantage. It would be perfect if they could improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. 整體來說還是OK的，畢竟位置優勢很強，如果布列塔尼BGC飯店能改善衛生和設備維護就更完美了。

I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight . Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country Like USA(I am Asian and American raised ) As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs: Promptness Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME (Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late . I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening

I had made the mistake of booking a property using Agoda, that was a disaster as they didn't endorse our stay nor respond to messages! I then found this place in Trip...and the situation went from disaster to glorious peace! Maggie was simply AWESOME 😎! I booked, was endorsed, checked in, and resting in the apartment in less than 20 minutes!!! The place is very comfy, with everything you may need, all in great condition. My only suggestion would be to spray insecticide a bit more frequently because we came across 2-3 small bugs around the kitchen area. Nothing dramatic, I honestly just can't think of anything else that could be improved. Massive thanks from us. I hope I can stay again soon!!!!

This was one of those stays where everything simply worked as expected. No surprises, no complications, just a comfortable and pleasant experience from start to finish.
