DrNateThe hotel is old but the price is expensive. This property doesn’t have good hospitality, they won’t entertain any changes unless the booking u made r with cancellation. I’ve made an advance booking with payment for 2 nights and my schedule was change after 2 days of the booking, they will not accept any cancellation or even some complimentary upgrade to a better room even though I will be staying for 1 night after paid for 2 nights. It’s definitely a none negotiable property to be enjoy. The robe is dirty with stain and the bidet of the bathtub is damaged. Room C3

TravelgeekHad a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu! The resort offers breathtaking ocean views, a beautiful infinity pool, and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, with excellent facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious island getaway in Cebu!

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy.
My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi.
To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark.
The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering.
Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out.
My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner.
My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A.
I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

Pengguna TetamuLocation is good - walkable to restaurants a lot of them are Korean-owned which reflects higher prices except for Filipino-themed cuisine. Hotel rates are higher so I expected a higher level of service however, I was deeply shocked that when I asked for a bucket of ice, they said they charge P100. I am a traveler from the US and my job exposes me to travel usually 3 to 5 star hotels this hotel pretends to be a four-star hotel but the shocking charge of 100 pesos which is less than two dollars. It’s just so ridiculous. It leaves a bad memory of this hotel for me. I think they are monetizing every little thing and that does not make them classy. We were in a group of four, and we also went to the dinner at patio Gavino rooftop and took the Buffet for 1000 pesos per person, but the selection was limited. It was just a good place to experience being on the rooftop however I have been eating out literally every day in my five weeks trip to the Philippines so I can compare prices the 1000 pesos was not justified maybe more appropriate for 600 pesos per person because there was nothing great about the food selection. I also went in the pool and it was a great four hours of swimming, but considering that they catered to a lot of tourist they should extend their full hours to at least until 10 PM because it is super hot in the Philippines. I can’t understand why they have short pool hours when that is really the main attraction of the hotel. What is great though is there bathroom which is air-conditioned and pretty clean to take showers the breakfast is also pretty good and we had complementary breakfast for two days. The staff were great, but I cannot forget the 100 peso charge for ice this hotel should install ice machines in each floor since that is a big necessity considering how hot it is so for the owners I wish you would reconsider your business way of doing things and trying not to charge every little thing. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I do not want or believe I need to go back to your hotel.

Pengguna Tanpa NamaLocation wise, this is pefect. You can just take any public transport and you are there when you get off. The staff are very well trained, very nice and very polite. Everything looked very clean and even if the hotel is not that big, they had a badminton/volleball courts. There is enough beach front to walk around. For a Lapu-lapu beach, their beach is clean enough as well. They had plenty of covered lounge couches to enjoy beach front even under the sun. The pool is small but it feels clean.
We paid an extra ₱ 500 to get the ”upgrade” for the ocean view and it was our biggest mistake causing us to lose sleep. Apparently, the room assigned to us was part of an adjoining room and the sound insulation was terrible. We can hear everything happening in the other room and unfortunately the couple in the other room were going at it very loudly (the girl was shouting) until around 5 in the morning. We don't recommend the breakfast buffet as well especially if you are paying the extra ₱1,100 for another person. Very few choices, very salty meat dishes and we don't know exactly what caused it but we had a stomachache after breakfast.

I loved my stay here and I felt my studio room was very specious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities and toiletries needed. Rooms cleaned daily.
The hotel also has a nice and reasonably priced café, a small swimming pool for relaxing and a gym. There are spas, restaurants and a mall just in walking distance.
Staff was nice and arranged a free ride for me to the airport at the end of my stay.

Hey Luis Where Are You
The hotel had a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The lobby was decorated with soft lighting and a few comfortable couches. My room was spacious enough and had a nice view of the street below. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right. I really liked the small balcony where I could sit and drink my morning coffee.

If you are looking for a fancy stay, this isn't it. But if you just need a place to sleep for a very cheap price, Aosmec CampHotel is definitely worth it. It’s perfect for solo travelers or backpackers who are only in Manila for a quick layover or a US Embassy appointment.
The ”rooms” are actually indoor tents, which is a unique experience. Even though you're in a tent, the air conditioning in the main area is strong, so it stays cool enough to sleep comfortably. The location is the best part—you are right in the middle of everything, close to malls and transport. Just keep in mind that since it’s a shared space, it can get a bit noisy when other people move around or unzip their tents. If you bring earplugs and don’t mind sharing a bathroom, you really can’t beat the price. For a low-budget stay, it’s a solid 4/5 stars.

I like how the hotel receptionist are warm and welcoming. The room is also clean and spacious. A suggestion is that there should be a slipper and towel for guest. And bell should be alert whenever there are guest arriving specially if they have many and heavy things because when we arrive for check in it was just us ladies who pushed the cart and mind you it has stairs to enter the front desk. A little kindness won’t hurt. Overall place was nice just put effort on customer service. That would really help.
