Hotel berhampiran Stesen MRT Ortigas, Mandaluyong

I used to ignore those play areas at hotels, thinking it was silly for hotels to have them until i became a mom and badly needed a designated space for my child to play. It was clean, safe, bright and colorful. Play areas attendants were kind enough to turn off the screen upon request since my child was alone when we went there.

I booked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to Power Plant Mall, and it definitely delivered — it was just a short 5-minute drive away. The hotel itself was very hospitable, comfortable, clean, and efficient throughout my stay. Although I didn’t get the chance to try out the facilities, the overall experience was pleasant and hassle-free. One thing I really appreciated was the service. On one morning when I couldn’t make it to breakfast, the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for me instead, which was a thoughtful touch. The restaurant prices were also quite reasonable considering the convenience. If I return to Manila in the future, this hotel would definitely be one of my top choices. The only downside was that I had seen information stating the rooms came with a smart TV and Netflix access, but upon check-in, both the front desk and technician informed me this was no longer available. I ended up requesting an HDMI cable instead.

It’s one of the best go-to hotels in Metro Manila as everything is very convenient. The hotel is located just beside EDSA and also just a few walks away from the BRT and MRT station. There is also a convenience store just beside the hotel. The staffs were also very accomodating.

It's a nice place to stay with family you can bring a rice cooker or kettle heater for cooking..it is near the hospital and restaurants and the service is good and the staff is very nice..

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room was not as clean as expected, and some amenities were not functioning properly. While the staff tried to assist, the overall experience could have been better. I hope management takes steps to improve the service.

Had a very satisfactory stay at BSA Towers in Ortigas. The location is extremely convenient—right in the heart of Ortigas Center and just a short walk to malls, restaurants, and essentials. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. Great value for money considering the prime location and comfortable amenities. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay in Ortigas.

I had a decent stay at RedDoorz Boni. The location is convenient, especially if you need easy access to nearby shops, transport, and main roads. The room was simple but clean, with basic amenities that were enough for a short stay. Staff were polite and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. While the place isn’t luxurious, it’s good value for money if you’re looking for an affordable and practical option. Overall, a comfortable stay for budget travelers.

The owner and staff at the hostel are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist guests with any needs or questions. They are quick to respond, ensuring that any inquiries or requests are addressed in a timely manner. The cleanliness of the hostel is impressive; both the rooms and restrooms are meticulously sanitized, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Guests can enjoy a simple yet satisfying complimentary breakfast, which offers a pleasant start to the day. Additionally, the instructions provided by the staff are clear and precise, making it easy for guests to navigate their stay and take advantage of all the hostel has to offer.

Overall, my stay was okay, but I want to give an honest review. The staff during the day shift were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. However, my experience with the night shift staff was not as pleasant. I felt that the service could have been more welcoming and attentive. As for the room, it didn't feel thoroughly clean. It seemed like only a quick surface cleaning had been done. I chose not to complain during my stay since I was the only one staying in the room, but I hope cleanliness and consistency in service can be improved.

The bed is not clean, I had itchiness throughout my whole body and developed red spots (most likely due to bed bugs). The furnishing in the hotel is very very old, not like what u see in the pictures. Overall, for this price, I could’ve booked some place better. The only plus about this hotel is the location, it’s convenient to get to anywhere within central Manila
