Hotel berhampiran Stesen Chakovskaya, Moscow

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival. After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room. What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response. The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.

Great & clean hotel, easy decision re 5/5, especially value for money. amazing location, friendly staff and easy to communicate in english. Suggest changing cash somewhere else (not the main bank next door). The main cross road has a decent exchange shop (safe) next to the surf coffee place. Would def. come back again.

One of the best hotel near Arbat street. The location is really convenient with an underground station just across from the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting people with a smile. The room is spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. We didn't have breakfasts in the hotel, as there are many nice coffee shops and restaurants around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Located in CBD. Very close to metro station Moscow City. Receptionists are good English speakers. Nice breakfast. Quiet room.

На день нашего пребывания в отеле была годовщина свадьбы, спасибо вам за презент в виде прекрасного итальянского шампанского и клубники в шоколаде... тронуты и восхищены вашим отношением и участием!.. Всем советую и рекомендую!!!

Расположение хорошое. Гостиница хоть старенькая но чистая. Жила на клубном этаже все понравилось, кроме завтраков. Раньше в этой гостинице были самые лучшие завтраки, наблюдаю последнии годы качество завтраков ухудшилась и линейка шведского стола сократилась. На клубном этаже на завтрак представлена красная и черная икра. Черная икра имитированная есть не возможно. Красная под вопросом. Вареники с очень толстым тестом, блины не понятного качества, очень всё не вкусно . Это пять звезд,почему матрасы проваливаются, спать очень не удобно.

The location is good and the price is reasonable. The rooms are fairly clean. It would be even better if more bathrooms were available. However, what really disappointed us was the staff’s attitude (the woman working at the reception on the night of February 11 and the morning of February 12). She was not helpful at all. On the morning of February 12, we had a flight to catch and had trouble booking a taxi to the airport because we don’t speak Russian. We were very worried about being late. We asked her for help (either to book a taxi or speak to the driver for us), but she was unkind and rude. She showed no concern for our situation. As foreign travelers, we actually received a lot of help from Russian strangers on the street. In contrast, as paying guests, we expected at least basic support from the hotel staff. Her attitude really showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic compassion.

Довольно неплохо, но, блин, добавьте совсем немного и впечатления будут намного лучше. Очень не хватает полотенец, геля для душа и нормальных чашек и стаканов, даже если используется одноразовая посуда, не покупайте самую дешёвую, она сразу деформируется, как наливаешь горячую воду.
