I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival. After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room. What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response. The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.

This hotel in my view is in the best location. It is right at the edge of the pedestrian street where all restaurants and cafes are . The hotel is cozy , simple, quiet, clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast menu is very good and suites most tastes . The front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all visitors to Moscow .

Hello to the esteemed management of Novotel Moscow, I am guest Saja Al-Mutawa. I would like to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the receptionist Varvara's treatment of me upon check-in. My reservation was from 6/18/2025 to 6/22/2025, two rooms for four people, reservation number (). The full amount of the stay was paid via Trip.com. My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I contacted the reception before that, and informed them that I would be delayed about four times, and the employee told me that it was fine as long as the reservation was paid. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.

Sangat bagus! Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat baik, akan menguruskan bilik mengikut keperluan anda, dan persekitaran juga sangat tenang! Apabila tiada internet, mereka juga akan membantu anda memanggil teksi! Kami tiba lebih awal dan juga diatur untuk check-in. Bilik juga luas dan tenang, berhadapan dengan stesen metro, dan 30 minit ke Red Square. Akan datang menginap lagi!

The best hotel next to train station, staff can talk in English, early checkin option is the strong point , there is a little bank exchange service inside the hotel , they can do the large denominations for free with no stress which every foreigner can feel in Moscow, but they can solve it well . N the luggage service is good which i can put my luggage there for 3days until i came back from peterberg . We came back from st Petersburg leningradsky station at 10am , we r very exhausted , but the early checkin really saved us from waiting at the lobby or somewhere else until 14pm , thats the best experience forever. But there was an inconvenience in room service , we have ordered two bottles water n 2 boxes tissue paper at 8pm , 20mins later , they provided the wrong stuff to us except the bottles water n two, then we called again n waited like 5more mins , they provided only one toilet roll paper to us , but which we need 2 boxes of tissue paper . A bit inconvenience on room service communication. But overall r very good .

Our stay at Peter 1 Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and classic style. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean — a great place to relax after a day of exploring Moscow. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations. Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.

Отель полностью соответствует описанию. В номерах чисто, есть халаты и все необходимые принадлежности, жили с видом на озеро на 23 этаже, вид шикарный, особенно на рассвете!!! Завтраки очень разнообразные, все вкусно. Рядом с отелем находится измайловский кремль, очень атмосферное место, так же неподалёку огромный парк (для утренней пробежки самое то!). Парковка у отеля платная - 600 руб. сутки

The location is good and the price is reasonable. The rooms are fairly clean. It would be even better if more bathrooms were available. However, what really disappointed us was the staff’s attitude (the woman working at the reception on the night of February 11 and the morning of February 12). She was not helpful at all. On the morning of February 12, we had a flight to catch and had trouble booking a taxi to the airport because we don’t speak Russian. We were very worried about being late. We asked her for help (either to book a taxi or speak to the driver for us), but she was unkind and rude. She showed no concern for our situation. As foreign travelers, we actually received a lot of help from Russian strangers on the street. In contrast, as paying guests, we expected at least basic support from the hotel staff. Her attitude really showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic compassion.
