Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

Our stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. We left with hearts full of gratitude and peace, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended! A 5-star experience in every sense!

I have booked a room for my parents in madina “Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel”. The hotel rooms are very comfortable & luxury… Washrooms are neat & clean and the staff of the hotel is cooperative❤️

I recently stayed at this hotel and can confidently say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The level of service provided truly felt outclass and made the stay both comfortable and memorable. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay. The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for family, business, or religious travel. Bilik yang bagus yang hanya beberapa minit ke pintu 328 Nabawi. Tetapi pintu masuk Rawdah adalah sepanjang jalan ke hujung seberang kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki. Pintu masuk utama Rawdah adalah di pintu 32 yang berjarak 10 minit berjalan kaki di dalam masjid. Tingkap pemandangan indah mengawasi hotel berdekatan. Walau bagaimanapun, sila ambil perhatian bahawa tandas adalah sempit dan kecil. Jangan mengharapkan dalaman 5 bintang kerana hotel ini telah wujud selama bertahun-tahun. Kakitangan semuanya ramah dan membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk beberapa jam lebih awal tanpa sebarang bayaran.

Pertukaran bilik adalah tidak ada harapan, Encik Hosim adalah kakitangan yang lebih teruk yang saya temui. Saya tidak berbahasa Arab ..Saya berasal dari Fiji..Dia lebih suka melayan penutur bahasa Arab 1st daripada saya..

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Overall, it was a good experience and good value for the price. I would consider staying here again.
