"Berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang, kami tiba pada pukul 2 pagi lebih dan pihak hotel telah memaklumkan kami tentang daftar masuk sendiri melalui e-mel. Apabila tiba, kami dapat mendaftar masuk sendiri dengan mengikuti arahan yang diberikan. Hotel ini juga berdekatan dengan pantai, jadi ramai orang bersenam pada waktu pagi. Persekitaran semula jadi memang cantik."

"We have a transit flight at T2 but decided to book the Aerotel at T1 because of the twin room availability. Extended hour of stay can be requested upon check in. The front desk service was very pleasant. The hotel is closed to the train access to other terminals. The room is very cleaned, spacious and the surrounding is quiet. I would definitely recommend the transit hotel to anyone who has transit flights to catch and need a place to rest."

"2nd time for staycation - and it did not disappoint.  We stayed at bus 108 , shower heater was working very well.  Bidet at toilet  Full toilet amenities  Wifi was fast - child managed to complete his school work seamlessly  Nearby loads of good local food The bed was comfy and the nearby airport and landing of airplanes did not bother our sleep!  The Thai restaurant next to check in lobby serves the best lemon grass gong gong and chilli dip!"

"Stayed for a few nights on business. This is my second stay. There is a strange loud beeping from the nearby military base which goes on throughout the night at inconsistent intervals which disturbed my sleep before I got used to it. Otherwise it was as expected for the price."

"Was a convenient location and fairly quiet environment except for the occasional noisy child. The food and drinks provided was ok albeit not the typical standard from the airline lounges(e.g. SAT, SQ, Cathay Pacific). A decent place to rest for 3-5 hours while in transit."
