PPengguna TetamuI enjoyed my stay with Shangri-la Singapore. When I shared with them that I am celebrating my partner 's birthday during the stay, they offered not 1 but 2 complimentary birthday cake. The 2nd complimentary cake came as a surprise as they put it in my room while we were away. My partner and I were both pleasantly caught by it. Also, when we requested for additional toiletries and Nespresso capsules, they answer to my needs promptly. I will definitely stay with them again.

LLclareWe stayed here because it was pet friendly. We could take our corgi with us for a staycation and had a relaxing stay. The studio premier was perfect as the kitchen tools were very convenient for us. Staff were friendly as well!

EElena HongWe recently embarked on a brief trip to Mundai, opting for a couples' retreat that wasn't too far from home. It proved to be a wonderful choice, offering a very natural and verdant environment, a refreshing change from what we typically experience in Singapore. The atmosphere was distinctly different and quite palpable.
Frankly, it felt very family-friendly, with many children present. From a couple's perspective, we believe it would be excellent for families with children, as there's a zoo wildlife retreat nearby. This allows parents to easily take their children to new and engaging places.
As a couple, we particularly enjoyed our room. It was well-insulated, and while some have mentioned noise, we believe it might depend on the specific room. We were quite satisfied. The room was spacious enough for the two of us to enjoy, and the bed and bedding were absolutely amazing.
The breakfast was quite satisfactory by our standards. What we truly appreciated was the green environment; it felt like a serene escape from Singapore. There might be some differing opinions if one were to compare certain aspects. For instance, the pool isn't particularly large, but it still contributes to the unique atmosphere.
Regarding the room's dependability, yes, it was. We stayed in a standard room, which was lovely. Did it offer good facilities and amenities? Yes, there was a well-equipped gym, a spa, and other conveniences. Overall, it was quite pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally kind.

Terima kasih khas kepada Loy kerana mengatur perkhidmatan bantal dengan segera, memastikan tidur malam yang lena. Makan malam di lounge kelab adalah menyenangkan, dan bubur oat pagi dijangka lazat, kemuncak pagi itu. Hari itu berakhir dengan manis dengan hidangan lazat di lounge. The design is fun and colorful, not your typical hotel vibe. The room is compact but works fine, with a private bathroom, and the sink is outside the bathroom which is actually quite convenient. I stayed in a standard room—it’s okay for couples or friends.
The hotel has more of a co-living feel. There’s a shared kitchen, dining area, and even a small workout corner, so it feels more social than a normal hotel.
Breakfast was a bitsimple with limited options, just a few simple dishes and some bakery items. I’d recommend skipping it and eating outside instead.
Location is definitely a big plus. It’s inside Funan Mall, super convenient for shopping and food. You can also easily walk to places like Fort Canning Park (right across the road), Clarke Quay, and Merlion Park.
Overall, nice stay if you like modern design and a lively vibe—just don’t expect too much from the breakfast.

PPengguna TetamuSurprised about hotel room upgrade from queen size bed to king size bed! Room was spacious enough to put several large luggages together on the floor. The amazing location juz opposite Takashimaya and Paragon and mosque@Orchard Road. The hotel staffs were all very friendly and approachable. Asian buffet style breakfast@Eden restaurant - normally can only find plain porridge but here surprisingly we found delicious fish porridge with no fishy smell! Thank you, Pullman hotel for excellent services.

I’m talking about the kind of clean that makes you suspicious — like maybe they have a team that just polishes doorknobs all day. Everything is spotless. Even the complimentary laundry room (which, yes, is FREE with detergent pods included) looks surgical. Zero lint. No detergent residue. No mysterious washing machine funk. Just pure, sparkling cleanliness. For someone as particular as me about hygiene, this was an unexpected jackpot. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
Location is solid: walking distance to Chinatown, Maxwell Hawker Centre, Keong Saik Road’s fancy food scene, and two MRT stations (Chinatown and Maxwell). The outdoor courtyard smells like fresh lemon balm disinfectant, which is oddly specific but very reassuring. There’s also a complimentary minibar, which feels generous for a compact room.
The double bed room I booked was small but accurately described during booking, so no gotcha moments. If you’re short like me, the bed’s perfectly comfortable. They’ve maximized storage cleverly: luggage space, safety box, mini fridge under the bed. The courtyard becomes your unofficial living room since the actual room is just… bed.
The Meh
The rain shower is a mystery. I still don’t know how to use it without turning the bathroom into a wading pool. The handheld showerhead has weak water pressure, though the bathroom itself is otherwise excellent. So clean!!! You can feel the MRT rumbling underneath (acceptable noise level), but the real problem is Leila, the bar downstairs. If you’re into nightlife, great! If you’re trying to sleep on the second floor, less great. I could hear thumping bar music until late. Front desk was gracious and delivered earplugs promptly when I asked, so points for responsiveness.
Walking around during rainy season would be a drag.
The Verdict

Really good rooms with luscious pillows. The tub was heavenly. The pool was packed with kids but enjoyed my time there to sleep, think and do almost nothing. 3 nights.
My only 2 gripes : no smoking room that's enjoyable to be in, and that their coffee is average.
I'll definitely give this a 5 star rating for peace, comfort and joy at a decent price.

Terdapat tempat untuk menyidai pakaian di sekitar bilik mandi, tetapi sesetengah orang mungkin tidak menyukainya. Sangat bagus untuk mempunyai rumah tamu seperti ini di Singapura, di mana penginapan boleh mahal.

KKristel LetsirkSaya mempunyai penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan di Hotel Boss. Bilik itu bersih, moden, dan diselenggara dengan baik, dengan semua kemudahan asas yang saya perlukan. Katilnya selesa, dan pemandangan dari tingkap adalah bonus yang bagus.
Lokasinya sangat baik—hanya berjalan kaki singkat dari stesen MRT dan banyak pilihan makanan berdekatan. Kakitangan adalah sopan dan membantu sepanjang penginapan saya, membuat daftar masuk dan daftar keluar cepat dan lancar.
Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan pengalaman saya. Hotel Boss menawarkan nilai wang yang hebat, dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi pada lawatan seterusnya!
