Hotel berhampiran Bulatan Menara Jam, Udon Thani

Lokasi yang bagus bersebelahan dengan pusat membeli-belah. Juga memberi saya daftar masuk awal. Bilik telah dinaik taraf. Harga sangat bagus. Pemandangan matahari terbenam yang indah dari bilik saya. Bar lobi hotel, muzik secara langsung. Bilik hotel sangat sunyi. Bufet sarapan pagi sangat sedap. Banyak pilihan Tidak termasuk dengan kadar bilik saya. Lebih murah sebagai solo untuk membayar 295 baht. Suasana yang hebat secara keseluruhan!

Good place, location near enough to places of interest but not too near the main road. Staff are well trained and very polite. I feel very welcomed by their hospitality. Definitely looking forward to seeing them again

Very comfortable, suitable for family and couples, You will not hungry anymore, cause there are 7-11 over there u can directly go to there to buy alot of delicious food and drink. In the reception you can ask them for help anytime

We came as family and booked our rooms (2 rooms with king bed) through trip.com. The hotel is quite relatively new and clean. However the service needs some improvements. When we got to the hotel, we asked if we could have our rooms near by each other as we travelled with small kids. The front desk told us that they are full and only have twin bed room which is connecting to the one bed room. However, we asked if the twins bed could be put together and if the hotel can use the blanket to over the bed so that the separation is covered and easy to sleep, but they said no they can only push the beds together and that was it. To us that was not helpful in my view. They can at least offer extra blanket which we can do it ourselves. We got one room on 3rd and one on 5th floor. We found that the hallway of the 5th floor had very strong smell (not sure what it was, but it smelled very strong like some sort of chemical). When reported to the front desk, she noted, but nothing seemed to happened as we could still smell it on the second day. The room on the 3rd floor (318) the AC was leaking and the water was all over the floor. Our son was running and almost fall over, but luckily he held on the wall and didn't tip over. We called the hotel and asked if they can send someone. The hotel staff came and fixed it, but still the AC still leaked the next day (see photos). I also asked the mechanic to check the smell on the 5th floor. It seemed what they did was to spray it with some air freshener to cover the smell. So i finally asked if we could move to the same floor even if it was a twin-beds room. It would be good if the hotel guard could help their guests when driving out to the street as sometimes when the cars are parked near the exit/entrance, we couldn't see the car coming very well, and this could be a road safety issue. Also when there is a heavy traffic, the hotel guard could help their guests to get in and out by stopping the car or asking the car to not block the entrance/exit. I found that the housekeepers were the most helpful staff at this hotel. They were genuinely kind and helpful. I wish the front desk could be a bit more genuine (without giving their guests the 'look”, but instead offer some support and help or alternatives. We want express our thanks to the housekeeper and the mechanic for their helpful service throughout our stay despite the issues that we faced during our stay.

Outstanding hotel with the friendliest staff ever!! My husband and I have traveled all over the world to 70+ countries, and this hotel left such a memorable impression. Immediately upon arriving, we were greeted promptly and taken care of (luggage, check-in) and since it was Chinese New Year, we were given delicious treats! Our room felt luxurious with a spacious floor plan, very comfortable beds and bedding, good size bathroom AND complementary drinks (coffee, tea, soda and juice) plus snacks (chips and crackers) that get refilled each day of your stay. Breakfast is mostly traditional Issan Thai dishes (hot) with egg station, beverage station and salad bar. The cherry on top, is the 25m outdoor lap pool and air conditioned fitness center with an excellent selection of free weights and cardio equipment. A real winner for an unbeatable price!!

A great place just a few seconds from all the bars and food also a short walk to the mall and UD town clean rooms the breakfast is the only let down for 299 baht Not a great choice

Loft/warehouse style hotel located on Saphan Road, in the expat area of town. Short walking distance from Central Mall, UD town, train and bus stations. Hotel provides a simple self service breakfast until 10.30am. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. There’re a few English language channels on cable tv. Rooms are cleaned daily.
