IiweiThe room we get is very nice and huge has 2 bathrooms.
The beach is also very beautiful with a lot of lovely peacocks.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Actually we want to relax here as I read a lot of reviews many people say the island was very beautiful and quiet not busy but we had such bad luck. The other group makes noise all the time too loud. Staff apologies about it.
I like everything here since I took the boat until I went back. Accept at that time I went too busy and annoyed very much.

FFay360Such a wonderful stay! I would stay here again for sure! We had breakfast and dinner everyday here. It was the perfect location for lazy days by the sea. We walked along the beach almost everyday and had some of the most beautiful sunsets as well! The staff were so kind and caring, always checking on us. Even though the waters were a little rough at times, we got some swimming in! Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuMae Pim is so so lovely..a true Thao beach village..with everything. 1 hour from ban phe..totally worth staying 4 days.Chicken house has big rooms, aie con, super clean, can rent a motor bike to go have fun..this is Thai culture..fresh beachside cafes..fresh seafood and night markets up in Klaeng 20 minutes away
Chicken house is 10 minutes away from the beach by motorbike and very quiet. The family that runs it is very foreigner friendly and helpful.

PPengguna TetamuAlthough we booked a twin room, this room type was fully booked for some reasons and they offered a king room. As a result I was unable to sleep well… the garden room should be named more or less the parking and main road room… the hotel WIFI is totally pathetic and you will need your own 5G to stay comfortably…
Having said that, breakfast was affordable (they had this buy one and get one free deal) and very nice. The pools were great and my kids totally loved them. The hotel is very family friendly! I hope things will get better soon as we would like to come back again soon.

While we were standing in the sea, we were stung by many tiny jellyfish without knowing what they were, as they were very small and hard to see. After we asked the hotel staff, he casually told us they were box jellyfish and should not be touched. This was shocking, especially because the staff was present the whole time while we were in the water and never warned us or advised us to leave the sea immediately.
For a serious safety risk like this, the hotel should proactively warn guests, place clear signage, and ensure staff alert people right away. Guest safety should come first.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was not well soundproofed — I could clearly hear the sound of chairs being dragged and doors slamming from other rooms throughout the day and night. The hotel is relatively new, but it seems to be understaffed in housekeeping. I stayed for two nights, but my room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. I had to inform the staff, and only then did housekeeping come by, around 6 p.m.

TTravelfreeThis hotel was in a great location, great service and awesome atmosphere! We even booked another night.
The hotel has two swimming pools, a decent restaurant as well as beach access. They also offer scooter rentals, as the hotel is located far from any major areas of civilisation(closest 7/11 is about 4kms away), a scooter is very useful to get around and affordable.
A word or caution though: The entire coastline on arrival was filthy, and we thought it was to be the case for the whole holiday, while the hotel made efforts to clear trash washing ashore it's kind of futile because there's so much in the water. This isn't the hotels fault and I'm led to believe it's a huge issue on this coast line. However, I am very happy to say on day 2 the water cleared up completely and was as clear as the ocean around Ko Samet!
Overall this hotel is a great choice for a few days of quiet beach relaxation.
We took a bus from Bangkok to ban phe then got a grab ( I never had issues using grab here or finding a car, as other travellers warned me would be the case)
One day I will return!

PPengguna Tetamuตอนแรกที่เข้าพักก็คือพนักงานรีเซฟชั่นให้ไปพักที่ห้องที่ยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดแต่พอไปแจ้งเขาก็เปลี่ยนห้องให้ไปอยู่ห้องวิวทะเลค่ะเสร็จแล้วอ๋อพอเข้ามาในห้องก็วิวสวยนะคะดีอยู่แต่ว่าห้องน้ำแอบมีกลิ่นเหม็นอับถึงเหม็นอับมากๆเลยอ่ะค่ะแล้วก็ช่วงค่ำไม่มีพนักงานแล้วก็ห้องครัวไม่มีคนเลยไม่สามารถสั่งอาหารมาทานได้แล้วก็ไม่ได้แจ้งให้เราทราบเลยว่าจะสั่งอาหารได้ถึงกี่โมงก็เลยไม่สะดวกตรงนี้ล่ะค่ะเพราะว่าถ้าออกไปหาอะไรทานก็จะค่อนข้างไกลนิดนึง
