Hotel berhampiran 18th & Vine District, Kaw Township

Very nice room , good price and close to CPK stadium  ( we came for a KC Current game)and other points of interest. Also close to dining options and had good on site parking. Accommodated our requests for river view and early check-in.

酒店整體不錯。但是入住的時候wifi連不上。前台對這個情況服務也不太積極，還好最後解決了。酒店附近餐廳和超市都不行可達。另外免費的公交street car也就步行5分鐘就到。

Tiada bayaran dikenakan apabila anda meninggalkan garaj. Lobi hotel tidak buruk, biliknya agak lama, tetapi hotel di pusat bandar Amerika Syarikat hampir tidak lama. Bilik itu agak besar, penghawa dingin sangat bising, dan apabila ia tidak berhenti, angin sejuk ditiup seketika dan angin panas ditiup seketika. Saya menempah bilik dengan sarapan pagi, tetapi pada penghujung hari sarapan masih dicaj secara berasingan, dan saya mabuk. Kualiti kakitangan penyambut tetamu di penerimaan tetamu berbeza-beza, dan terdapat beberapa penyambut tetamu wanita yang datang ke sini untuk seketika, operasi perniagaan tidak mahir, dan sikap mereka sangat umum.

This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it. The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

This hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area. I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks! Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

Snow storm cancelled my flight so I rebooked another night- checking out/checking back in was quick and easy. Didn’t need to change rooms

Stay was ok for one night. Not a great example of a 21C in my opinion. Room was clean and spacious, but literally 3 steps away from elevator so I heard the ”ding” all night, and the bar dumped their glass bottles into a dumpster outside, on the same side as rooms, which was very loud. I had to call to get shampoo and soap, as there were none in room when I checked in. Drinks in bar are phenomenal - they are truly artists - and was the highlight of the stay.
