Номера небольшие, но все очень комфортно! Удобная большая кровать прямо у окна с видом на город (при заселении можно выбрать низкий или высокий этаж и вид - на город или нет).
Регистрация удобная
Душ и вся сантехника новые, все супер.
Современный телевизор
Свет, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Управляется с планшета, что тоже очень удобно.
Есть два вида штор - блекаут и от яркого солнца.
Район удобный - можно быстро добраться до Кембриджа, до Даунтауна пешком 15 минут.
, тропа Свободы также находится рядом
Отель находится в здании автовокзала, но народу немного и это соседство не ощущается. Зато рядом есть большой фуд-корт, огромный супермаркет где огромный выбор всего, в том числе алкоголя и готовой еды. Также через дорогу - литл итали, где много вкусных ресторанчиков и баров.
В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing hotel downtown, offering cozy and comfortable rooms, a modern ambiance, and a cool bar to socialize. If you come by car, the best parking option is Tufts garage located just behind the hotel (daily parking rate was $45 as of 2025). The hotel is highly recommended.

PPengguna TetamuFrom South Station to the hotel is closer than I thought only $25-35ish for Uber. For subway take 15 mind from the hotel to the station. The room is big and clean, the shuttle bus service is so good only take 10 mins or less if no traffic from hotel to airport.

JJonathan McMullenI highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

Service: The service was exceptional. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, the staff members were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

AallppiiI had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Boston. First of all, the hotel is spotlessly clean — everything from the lobby to the rooms was exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that kept everything neat and fresh throughout my stay.
The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I especially appreciated their support in handling a delivery I was expecting from Amazon — they went out of their way to make sure I received it smoothly.
One of the best features of this hotel is the large parking area right in front of the building. Compared to other hotels in Boston, the parking fee was much more affordable, which made a big difference for me.
Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel with excellent service and great value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston.

Hotel staff were great and allowed us to check in early upon arrival and store our luggage at check out so we could further explore the city. The rooms are small, bedding is best for someone under 5’9, otherwise it was a great home base for a weekend trip to the city.

As an international student newly arrived in the U.S., Hilton Boston Back Bay was my very first landing spot. I have been staying here for two weeks while navigating the difficult process of apartment hunting—which has been incredibly stressful due to my lack of U.S. credit history and language barriers.
However, this hotel truly gave me a sense of ”home” during this challenging transition. Even though my English is not perfect, every staff member I encountered was incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating. Their kindness made a huge difference in my first few weeks in Boston. I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome!
