Hotel berhampiran Pantai Croatan Beach, Virginia Beach

Lokasi yang bagus. Suka balkoni. Sofa tarik keluar sangat tidak selesa. Ia mempunyai sprinģs datang melalui. Sarapan pagi sedap walaupun berkurangan kerana covid. Hotel ini sangat bersih. Pekerja kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah hebat. Kami pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

worst hotel service I ever seen！the reception service treat people like you owe them money. Although the facilitate in the hotel is good, but I won’t come here anymore.

Great location, clean and very accommodating! The kitchen is budget-saving tool. All necessary tools and equipment are available. Great experience for us.

Hotel kegemaran anak perempuan saya di pantai - dan kemudahan tambahan untuk keluarga membolehkan saya bekerja dari hotel jika perlu - sementara munchkin saya masih berseronok.. dia suka kelab kanak-kanak walaupun pada usia 10 tahun dan panggung wayang mini peribadi kerana dia boleh pergi ”sendiri” memandangkan saya hanya beberapa kaki jauhnya. Kolam renang dalaman sungai malas mendapat sambutan hebat - dan bersih serta diselenggara. Kolam renang luaran adalah BEACHFRONT..hampir di dalam pasir yang terletak begitu baik. Beberapa kali kami telah tinggal di sana kakitangan sentiasa di atas dan di luar membantu. Kejatuhan - Unit A/C boleh menggunakan naik taraf dan tempat sarapan memerlukan beberapa peningkatan hiasan tetapi makanannya NYATA (bukan ”pura-pura telur hancur”) dan disediakan dengan baik dan perkhidmatannya baik. Saya tidak akan menganggapnya sebagai hotel ”Mewah” dan harga bermusim adalah sama dengan pesaing mewah tetapi saya rasa itu bergantung pada cara anda mentakrifkan kemewahan - anak perempuan saya akan memilih hotel ini berbanding Hilton baharu tanpa persoalan.

The SureStay Oceanfront hotel was a pleasant surprise. The small check-in lobby is at the back of the garage, and had me wondering if I'd made a mistake. But the room key-entry elevator got us to the 4th floor fast. (I liked that security and speed) We went to our room, #404 and when we opened the door we were pleased. Spacious living room, beautiful ocean view, decent bathroom, separate bedroom, and it was VERY clean, which we appreciate very much. Really liked the kitchen with sink, stove, full-sized fridge and microwave. We have paid a lot more for a lot less! Beach access was on the 1st floor, and put you right on the boardwalk. Not much to complain about. The only negatives were: 1. Only one remote for two TV's. Could have asked for another one, but we didn't need it. 2. The neighbors next door had screaming kids, and you could hear them through the vent. Fortunately it didn't last long. Besides that, we were VERY happy with our stay.

It's very near by the beach. The hotel is around with good restaurants. The location is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend!

Perkhidmatannya sungguh mengagumkan. Saya telah melakukan percutian dengan suami saya, kami berada betul-betul di tepi laut dengan laluan pejalan kaki, semua restoran berjalan kaki dengan kedai. Makanannya juga luar biasa ada banyak yang boleh dipilih.

Wir erhielten ein Zimmer im dritten Stock direkt über dem Restaurant und der Spiellandschaft f Kids daher immer laut. Der Service Rezeption wie auch Zimmerservice war Top. Lage hervorragend. Ausstattung Badezimmer perfekt.

This has been the choice hotel for my family for 10 years when we take our annual Va beach vacation! No issues with hotel or its staff, the room, the check in process flawless as usual, but the new aqua holics poolside bar and venue is horrible, limited selection of food and drinks and to top it off the staff is rude and over aggressive. They appear to be an entity that simply rents space from the hotel but they act as if they own the property. We went to enjoy the pool area and they literally said we don’t have room you must leave. I bought my room it’s not my fault the alcoholics and folks who are not staying on property have over crowded the ata, they should move or you relocate them. The pool belongs to choice hotels not your overrated brand. Terrible in that regard so we spent most of our vacation on the beach to avoid trouble and being hassled and harassed!
