시설도 좋았고 딱히 모자람없이 나쁘지않았습니다.............................

Very clean room. Everything looked new and updated. Inside halls, lobby area and stairs very clean. The outside was well kept. No trash anywhere and the parking lot is well lit. The only drawback was a very limited breakfast but otherwise everything else was 5 stars

Saya rasa ia adalah kerana COVID-19 tetapi tiada kopi di dalam bilik dan saya tidak sabar-sabar untuk mendapatkan syampu & perapi si kecil paul mitchell tetapi tiada. Hanya syampu, perapi & sabun cecair yang dikunci pada lekapan di dinding. Perkhidmatan & bilik berada di atas penilaian yang bagus

Facility was nice. Customer Service was zero I was confronted by a customer service agent that decided she wanted to play games with sexual innuendo. She told me and my husband that I was gonna give him a whip tonight and also she said that is that your son or your husband I didn’t appreciate it. It was very unprofessional then to top it off. Alarm went off at 2:40 in the morning. We had to evacuate the hotel but false alarm And the coffee pot doesn’t work now you tell me if that was a good night or not I would like to have my refund or some points added to my account in lieu of this happening thank you Sharon Jackson Lucas

The staff was extremely friendly! The room was ”alright”. Some of the light bulbs in the room were out and the tv only had 4 channels. If it wasn't for the great staff my stay would have been terrible. I had meetings all day the 2 days I was there so I didn't spend much time in the room, thank goodness. The proximity to my meetings was also a plus, the room it's self though was not the best.

Loved every minute! The stay was pretty smooth .

It was an ok stay the bathroom was dirty but they gave use another room
