BBettttyホテルはすごくキレイで、景色も美しくてずっと海を眺めてました。
ホテルの朝食ビュッフェも豪華でした。
そして、ホテルのキーはモバイルキーでも設定できるので、カードキー持ち歩かなくて便利だったけど、エレベーターに反応できなくて、マネージャーがわざわざ部屋まで確認して、最後はカードキーに戻すことになりました。
チェックインは12時ですが、飛行機の便が遅くてゆっくり休みたいので、一時間無料延長してもらって本当に助かりました。
また利用したいと思います！

PPengguna TetamuMy family had an amazing time at Lotte Hotel. The service was good and the facilities were clean. It is conveniently close to a lot of things that we wanted to do. We enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel (La Siene) with all the different kinds of foods available and made use of the kids playground -- my boy really loves it there, especially with the new expansion. It was very family friendly, and will look forward to our next staycation.

The location is perfect — beachfront in the heart of Tumon Bay, with stunning ocean views from our room balcony and just steps away from the white sandy beach, shopping at DFS Galleria, restaurants, and nightlife.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities and a great bathroom. But the highlight was the beautiful pool complex — multiple pools including a kids’ area with slides, a lazy river, and direct access to one of the best beaches in Guam. The sand is powdery white and the water is crystal clear.The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. Excellent value for a beach resort experience. Highly recommend Hyatt Regency Guam — we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Guam!”

Ss.haloLocation: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments.
Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival.
☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity.
When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

The hotel seemed **** down for a month or so, so I assumed it was being upgraded or renovated. The prices seem a bit higher, but I booked anyways and was disappointed that nothing seemed to be any different or improved that I could tell. The televisions and beds themselves can use an upgrade. Besides that the location and pool are still great.

SShiori S. (zebanしおり)The facility is really old, but they keep it clean. You would feel like you went back in time with the decor as well.
The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable.
It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish.
Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable.
The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food.
I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

Even though there still a lot of people hanging out i’m still love this hotel. Front desk officer are very accommodating and friendly. The place of this hotel is superb. Will visit guam soon and will choose this again.

Kkilho1995호텔에서 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되어 도착 순간부터 환영받는 기분이었어요. 객실은 깔끔하고 필요한 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었으며, 위치도 시내 관광에 최적이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 신선하고 다양한 메뉴로 훌륭했습니다.

새벽 도착 및 렌트 후 4시정도에 도착햇지만 반갑게 체크인 해주었슨니다. 👍

PPengguna Tetamu選這個酒店是因為我們的飛機是凌晨3：40的，同時這個酒店離機場非常近，而且提供免費送機服務。我們衹住一夜。酒店很老了，設施相當陳舊，但衞生還行。前台的老先生很負責，我們問他需要幾點離開，他説提前兩個小時足夠了，我們説還要辦出關、離境手續，他説手續非常簡單，是直接辦值機的。果真，離境就是在值機櫃枱辦的，很快。到約好的離開時間，司機準時來了，給我們打來電話，並幫助將行李搬下樓，放車上。這個賓館沒有電梯，所以若行李多還是不太方便的，我們住的是二樓。
