Hotel was fine. Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were pretty soft with very little firmness. Room had a full kitchen with fridge. Unfortunately, the dumpsters that were located just behind the building were emptied around 2:30am Thursday morning and were incredibly loud. I was on the 5th floor and it woke me up and felt like it lasted for 30 minutes as the trash truck picked up, emptied, and slammed them back on the ground (probably 5 dumpsters). I wouldn’t recommend staying here just for that reason. Trash can in the kitchen had trash in it when I checked in so I question overall cleanliness. Also was not a fan of the pin pad to enter the room (and building after hours). About 2 blocks from Broadway so a very walkable distance.

Perfect everything!!! The location is close to everything walking distance.
The room was big and spacious. I reserved for three people and it had even more sets of towels. It was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was included with many fresh options. Parking is extra but a good price. Would recommend it

We arrived to check in the desk help was so slow. The young guy didn't have the ability to access room keys. Why was he alone at the desk. The night we checked in our room door malfunctioned. Morning of check out maid over rode key & walked in on us naked. No knock no nothing. We go to check out the desk said someone had marked our room empty. Funny we still had our keys. Will never stay here again.

The room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.

Thr hotel is close to Boardway. It is Just about 800 meters from Boardway. It is just behide The Music Center Hall of Fame. It is clean and people their is no nice and patient for my question. Glad to be here!

Booked through Trip.com a king standard room. When we checked in they gave us a double queen. Did not realize until after check in. Spoke to Gwen at front desk and she contacted manager Terry. Terry moved us to the King and Alisa got us all set up. So accommodating. Staff was always friendly. Bartender Justin referred us to a Blues club which was spot on. The bar at the hotel had music that was very good. Close to everything but not in the thick of things so quiet.

RReedPHaving stayed here before, I had a little bit of an idea of what to expect. But it had been a while, so there were a few things that caught me off guard. There is only one negative that I can think of, and it's not a huge one, but I think it's necessary to point out.... 📱📱There were zero USB plug-ins in the room. There were a couple of different standard plug-ins that if you had the charging head for your cables, you would be okay. But between two people we had one charging head so it caught us a little off guard. It wouldn't take much to swap out an outlet in the living area.
🛏️The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable and used the down alternative which was nice. As somebody who constantly has to check if hotels are offering down pillows and bedding, it's nice when I find that it's not there.
🚗 If you are planning to self park, do not drive up to the front of the hotel. That area is utilized strictly for valet parking. Go ahead and go to the underground garage near the corner of 4th and Demonbreun. You can access the hotel from that parking garage.
🚽 ☎ I meant to get a picture but the standard of luxury in the 80s still exists with a phone next to the toilet. Ahhh, simpler times. 😂️

PPengguna Tetamu'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us.
Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast.
The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.

WWestCoast360They said they come to do house-keeping after every 2 days and they make the bed for you as well. When they came in on the 2nd day, they never had my bed made. It was as it was since last 2 nights for which I checked out early before my scheduled check out date which was the next day.
I had the room for 3 nights but only stayed there for 2 nights because of it.

Ssherj102This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind.
I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours.

It's summer in Nashville, so I'm somewhat ok looking the other way with the building and room feeling humid. The room as a whole was fine; comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, fairly comfy chair & ottoman. The minor things are just confusing and concerning that this once Awesome hotel is trending down.
🚪the key card on the door was busted! Sliding in the card was the MOST FINICKY OF ALL TIME, giving us problems. One time the key card slid all the way in, eating the card. Maintenance came to retrieve the card. No fix was made, we were just told to be careful.
🪟 The sunshades behind the window curtain was janky AF, the left side was down but wouldn't move (the cord had been removed and tucked at the top). All while the right was up without a way to get it down, except to pull it. But when I did that, I realized why they had it up and the electric motor turned off... It didn't go all the way down and was shredded. 💧The sink is backwards, hot water to the right & cool to the left. 🌡️ The thermostat was broken. While the room was kept cool, it was uncomfortably cool with it being humid. It was humid enough that the furniture had a tacky feel to it.
Did the room work for us, yes. Were all the small things adding up make us consider that our next trip will be booked elsewhere, also yes.

PPengguna TetamuThe workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.
