Great hotel, can't complain

Tempat letak kereta di tempat letak kereta bawah tanah adalah sangat mudah. Bercakap dengan kaunter penerimaan tetamu apabila anda mendaftar keluar. Tiada bayaran dikenakan apabila anda meninggalkan garaj. Lobi hotel tidak buruk, biliknya agak lama, tetapi hotel di pusat bandar Amerika Syarikat hampir tidak lama. Bilik itu agak besar, penghawa dingin sangat bising, dan apabila ia tidak berhenti, angin sejuk ditiup seketika dan angin panas ditiup seketika. Saya menempah bilik dengan sarapan pagi, tetapi pada penghujung hari sarapan masih dicaj secara berasingan, dan saya mabuk. Kualiti kakitangan penyambut tetamu di penerimaan tetamu berbeza-beza, dan terdapat beberapa penyambut tetamu wanita yang datang ke sini untuk seketika, operasi perniagaan tidak mahir, dan sikap mereka sangat umum.

房間不錯 環境設施也不錯 凌晨三點去趕飛機 因為付款問題不能叫車 前台一位上夜班的小女孩 幫我緊急溝通了一位門口等待接客的司機 把我送往機場 我非常感謝她 對她的服務很認可 她是個善良的人 因為一些原因沒能起飛 酒店前台電話一直打不通 我七點左右溝通攜程能否聯繫酒店前台 續訂昨晚住的房間能否提前入住 我也可以多付點錢 我打車回到酒店和一個早上開始上班的歲數大一點的女前台溝通 她説我要先預訂她才知道能不能提前入住 我説如果能提前入住 我再訂一晚 她説不可以 結果就變成了無法訂房的死循環 攜程客服也非常積極幫我聯繫酒店 但三個小時也衹打通了一次 我説前台一直有人 但是還是搞不懂為什麼打不通 很感謝攜程 最後我到附近的另外一家酒店 前台非常nice 幫我提前辦理了入住 並告訴我讓我先預訂才能查詢能否能夠提前入住的那個酒店女前台簡直是在胡來

This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it. The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

衞生很乾凈

This hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area. I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks! Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

Snow storm cancelled my flight so I rebooked another night- checking out/checking back in was quick and easy. Didn’t need to change rooms

Stay was ok for one night. Not a great example of a 21C in my opinion. Room was clean and spacious, but literally 3 steps away from elevator so I heard the ”ding” all night, and the bar dumped their glass bottles into a dumpster outside, on the same side as rooms, which was very loud. I had to call to get shampoo and soap, as there were none in room when I checked in. Drinks in bar are phenomenal - they are truly artists - and was the highlight of the stay.
