ホテルはすごくキレイで、景色も美しくてずっと海を眺めてました。 ホテルの朝食ビュッフェも豪華でした。 そして、ホテルのキーはモバイルキーでも設定できるので、カードキー持ち歩かなくて便利だったけど、エレベーターに反応できなくて、マネージャーがわざわざ部屋まで確認して、最後はカードキーに戻すことになりました。 チェックインは12時ですが、飛行機の便が遅くてゆっくり休みたいので、一時間無料延長してもらって本当に助かりました。 また利用したいと思います！

There is only one complaint I want to make is regarding the Thai restaurant soi at the hotel. The food was great, however the service needs to be improved. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes. After we ordered, 5 minutes later, the 2 main dishes came first, a couple minutes later, the 2 appetizers came. We were eating at rush. At the end we ordered a dessert, however it took 20 minutes to come. Also, the waitress never came to ask about our comment on the food. Comparing with the restaurant next door we had dinner the night before, it was quite an unpleasant experience. Again the food is the best Thai food we have ever had.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as the combination of excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers.

The location is perfect — beachfront in the heart of Tumon Bay, with stunning ocean views from our room balcony and just steps away from the white sandy beach, shopping at DFS Galleria, restaurants, and nightlife.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities and a great bathroom. But the highlight was the beautiful pool complex — multiple pools including a kids’ area with slides, a lazy river, and direct access to one of the best beaches in Guam. The sand is powdery white and the water is crystal clear.The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. Excellent value for a beach resort experience. Highly recommend Hyatt Regency Guam — we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Guam!”

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The facility is really old, but they keep it clean. You would feel like you went back in time with the decor as well. The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable. It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish. Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable. The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food. I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

The location was good, as it was near a beach and quite a few restaurants and shops. The service was good, as most of the staff were polite and responded quickly to requests. I did not like the open-style shower, however, as water went everywhere in the bathroom. Plus, there was no working fan in the bathroom either. The biggest problem though was that most of the time there was no hot water in the bathroom at all, making for some very cold showers! At least the room was big and relatively inexpensive.

호텔에서 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되어 도착 순간부터 환영받는 기분이었어요. 객실은 깔끔하고 필요한 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었으며, 위치도 시내 관광에 최적이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 신선하고 다양한 메뉴로 훌륭했습니다.

I love the location , as it's a family area. The beach next door I nice with covered tables, and there's a lifeguard. It's a great opportunity to see local families having fun, and lots of kids without the tourist crowd. In the late afternoon you can see the large canoes practicing and racing. Go to the beach in the morning and late afternoon and watch the sunset. The resort staff are very helpful and kind. The red Tumon shuttle picks up out front. All in all a very good location. I'll be back soon!

only 8 minutes from kmart and even less for future donki stores. you could take red bus to city center just atound 10 minutes. room is very large and staff are friendly. free car to airport 24 hours. take 25 monutes to walk from airport just one simple way.
