Hotel berhampiran Itik Peabody, Memphis

If this was the first Holiday Inn, I had stayed in, I would not have booked another time. Our bathroom was not clean, the room was stocked only with decaf coffee and when I called the front desk, they said they didn’t have any that I’d have to wait until the maids came in. When we went down for breakfast, they were out of most everything. They had a waffle maker, but no waffle batter, oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal and the juice machine was broken. When I asked the girl at the front desk if they had it, her answer was just “nope.”

From the great welcome by friendly desk staff to the Uber waiting to take us back to the airport, or stay was fantastic. The hotel is an easy walk from Beale Street and other sights. We were given a great room with a view of the river. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and coffee was provided in the lobby throughout the day. We stayed 2 nights, but wished we were staying a week! The room itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, and a good TV and quality bathroom toiletries. Very clean and great value.

Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good. Was in a good part of Memphis.

I had a great time it was quite in the room everything was so clean and I loved the bed I slept real good and I want to come back here again when I get more more this was my first time here and I loved it so much thank you for everything and I will see you guys again thank you again I will keep this place in my heart and come back here again

Very nice hotel. Very clean & well kept. Breakfast was quite nice too. Would encourage friends and others to use this hotel when traveling. (Only 2 issues) The ladies working at the front desk spoke Hindi to each other rather than English, while a guest waited to be helped. Seemed a bit rude. Could have been extenuating circumstances? And, I was ask to sign & initial a form at check in, but was not given a copy. That should be corrected in the future with your desk personnel. All said tho! Pleasant stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great time peaceful I was able to get some great sleep and the room was very neat and clean smell fresh the staff members were very polite I loved my stay at the hotel

Very good

The motel is very close to the center so it is very easy and comfortable to get there. The good thing was that it is in a gated property so at least it feels safe. I reserved a room for three people but they provided just two sets of towels. The room had the basic. TV, no fridge. The main problem I had was the clean. The room did not feel clean at all. The beds were changed, but under the bed the dust and dirt was disgusting. The floor probably has not been clean from a very long time and there was a condom wrap open under the bed. The walls and doors had spots all over . Overpriced for what you get.

My stay is always pleasant.My problems about the hotel is that they need to learn the good way of cleaning the correct way.They have some good people working.
