PPengguna TetamuFantastic place! Highly recommended! The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market. We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!). We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV. Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long. Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

PPengguna TetamuI have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

77Y!Impressed with their service from when you get down from Grab car till you leave. The hotel staffs know what you want and need. Love their afternoon tea (cna choose from 4 types of floral tea). While sitting down and waiting for my transport to the airport early cold morning, the receptionist serve a cup of hot tea to warm me up. The bell boy help to bring the luggage to the car when the car arrived.

CCalvan TanThere was a hiccup when checking in. Hotels could not local our booking number from Trip.com but it was resolved after some wait. Rooms was clean and breakfast was good. Please avoid the local crowds on their peak traveling period as it could turn out to be very rowdy and noisy. Overall this is not a bad hotel. Thank you

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The environment is soothing and relaxing, just the right place to unwind after a hectic tour. Although it's a little out of the city, we're easily connected to everywhere by your most efficient Grab service. Of special mention is the service of your great staff. At the breakfast room, Vy is the perfect PR who gave us very good information about where to visit and eat. I love the restaurants she suggested especially Rom and the chicken salad. Last night I had a very nice experience with Nga who knew I had stomach upset. She was most kind and thoughtful to suggest dishes I could eat and even offered ginger tea with honey. I'm very touched. Having travelled all around the world, I've never experienced such excellent service. Big thumbs up to Mercure!

TTuanTran 93Car Parking at the hotel is really inconvenient. You have to leave it at a parking lot quite far from the hotel and ride a motorbike back to the hotel. Then when you need to get the car again, you have to ride the motorbike back out to the parking lot.

RROMAN SHAPIROРасположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
