Hotel berhampiran Lembah Emas, Dalat

Ia adalah hotel kelas atas di Dalat. Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan keramahan dan perkhidmatan kakitangan, dan kolam renang adalah kolam hangat yang bagus untuk kanak-kanak bermain. Saya sangat mengesyorkannya.

This hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip. The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip. Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base. Highly recommended.

Menginap selama satu malam semasa lawatan kami ke Dalat. Bilik ini mempunyai penghawa dingin, yang ternyata jarang berlaku di Dalat. Bilik yang bagus, katil yang sangat selesa. Sarapan pagi yang sangat baik. Hotel ini segar dan baru, saya rasa kami adalah yang pertama di dalam bilik. Di atas segalanya!

No lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

Kami menempah hotel untuk satu malam. Kami menyukai hotel ini. Lokasinya di tempat yang indah, di tepi tasik. Wilayah hotel adalah besar, dijaga dengan baik, sangat menyenangkan untuk berjalan. Kakitangannya ramah dan sentiasa membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Sarapan adalah Vietnam, tetapi anda tidak akan kelaparan. Bilik bersih, bukan baru, tetapi tidak kritikal. Satu-satunya minus bilik adalah bau di tandas, tetapi untuk satu malam ia tidak kritikal.

Квартира неплохая , но хотелось бы уборку получше и заменить некоторые элементы ( они устали от времени)

located quite far the city center , take taxi around 30 minutes. it’s surrounded by the lake , you can take the boat to go around the lake with charge. the room is designed with europe style

Hanya bilik VIP di hotel yang mempunyai penghawa dingin, jadi mereka yang biasa tidur dengan penghawa dingin dan tidak menempah bilik VIP akan berasa tidak selesa. Di samping itu, kemudahan yang baik dan kakitangannya bersemangat dalam menjaga tetamu.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
