MMadHelgaОчень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят. Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом))) Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно. Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти. В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

PPengguna TetamuNice enough bit a bit run down. No hot water and when I did run the shower a tap under the sink started leaking water all over the floor. The swimming pool was heated as well which is a bit weird given how hot Vietnam is... so no cooling off in the pool after a long day riding the motorcycle. Nice enough for a one night pit stop but you'rld be disappointed if you booked for longer.

JJoJoTThis establishment is a themed hotel and a five-star property operated under an international brand, well-suited for families traveling with children. The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the city center. It is more conveniently accessed by domestic guests traveling by private car or via organized tour buses. International visitors are advised to approach their stay with a resort-oriented mindset, focusing primarily on on-site leisure and amenities. Overall, our two-night stay suggested that the hotel falls short of the standards expected of a five-star establishment. The reception staff, along with certain other employees, appeared unprofessional, as though insufficiently trained. Their demeanor and level of professionalism during the check-in process were not commensurate with those expected at a luxury hotel. The lobby is not equipped with air conditioning and relies solely on fans, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment, whereas the elevators are air-conditioned—creating inconsistent temperature conditions throughout the property. The facilities in the children’s club were visibly unclean, which is a matter of concern. The 35-square-meter room is reasonably well-appointed, and the separation of the toilet and shower is a commendable design feature. However, certain details reflect inadequate maintenance; for instance, the shower curtain exhibited signs of mold. The adult swimming pool is of good quality and constitutes a positive aspect of the hotel. In contrast, the children’s pool is rather limited in design, lacking slides or other recreational features. The restaurant offerings are average in terms of variety, presentation, and taste—adequate but unremarkable. This represents a notable drawback, particularly for guests intending to spend most of their time dining within the hotel.

MM.RomanchikБольшой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

PPengguna TetamuBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
