"Wonderful experience. Bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast delicious. Love that the building was a former school, and there are blackboards on the walls! They have complimentary bikes to tool around town in, and great recommendation for local attractions and restaurants."

"This place hasn't had maintenance at all. The bathroom is disappointing; door doesn't close well, walls are dirty and have holes, the bathtub was dirty and stained, the curtain, that apparently used to be white, is now yellow and had a big hole and the toilet seat kept sliding. Old , yellowish and stinky towels. Gave us short supplies, had to ask for more. In conclusion, I don't recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else"

"The hotel is quite old, the room facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is average. The breakfast is also average, but it's considered relatively good for this small town, especially since we came during peak season and all the rooms were full. After checking in, we found that one bed's bedding wasn't made. The receptionist came several times to get the bedding, and then we had to make the bed ourselves. There's nothing we could do since there's no housekeeping staff on duty at night."

"We always look forward to staying here as it’s such a wonderful place with amazing people and food. The elegance and charm shine through in everything and it’s such a beautiful experience. This was our 3rd stay in 18 months and as we live in England, it’s testament to how much we love coming and enjoying all the Devonfield has to offer. We like to stay in Jennifer Petite as it has the most amazing shower room. One of my favourite things in the morning is the wonderful aroma of breakfast enticing you to get up and enjoy, which you most certainly will. Thanks Doug and Jim for another wonderful stay xx"

"What a find! This is now by far our favorite place to stay when visiting the Berkshires - we visit twice a year, and we've paid more - so it will be our go-to home away from home. Our room was spacious and beautiful, great windows, 14-ft high ceilings, with extremely comfortable furnishings, nice bathroom & jetted bath. The chalk boards from the original schoolroom with a lot of history from other visitors was a great vibe. The breakfasts were brought to our door when and how we wanted them. And Bob and Olia were fantastic hosts, sharing the unique history of the inn and offering many recommendations. Lee is also a lovely small walking town, and a perfect jumping-off point for the rest of the Berkshires. Can't wait to visit again."

"The Devonfield Inn is all you could ask for in a B and B and more. The lovely and beautifully appointed Inn is located on 30 plus picturesque acres with easy access to most Berkshire attractions. Our accommodations were spacious and lovely. And breakfast was delicious. Kudos to our hosts Jim and Doug! We are looking forward to returning."
