"This luxury hotel, with extensive wellness and swimming pools, is located on a river, a few minutes' walk from the lively city center. The welcome was warm and during our stay the employees were always very hospitable and helpful. The sunny Zeggersfeld ski area is a few minutes away by car. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the gondola. Cars can be parked in the parking garage underneath the hotel. There is also a room for skis and accessories. The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with a balcony. The breakfast is very extensive and you can also enjoy a delicious dinner in the attractive restaurant."

"I give a very negative judgment on the only point I have been able to assess: the lack of customer attention and the absolute disinterest and insensitivity of the human being. I booked for five nights and, unfortunately, the day after my arrival, I received a call that announced my mother's death. I ask to pay for running home and they say I have to pay the whole stay without discussion; they don't even discount the breakfast I won't enjoy. HOW!!! INQUALIFICABLE!!! No attempt to mediate. To avoid."
