"This was my second trip to Japan, and the hotel was newly renovated, clean, and well-equipped with standard amenities. What really stood out was how incredibly enthusiastic the female staff at the front desk were. They proactively helped my elderly companions, even showing them how to use the coffee machine. That left a lasting impression. The dining options were just okay, but you could see the high-speed rail station from the restaurant window. Although it's about a kilometer from the station, it's the closest hotel around, as there are no other buildings near the station."

"The family room was much bigger than I expected, completely different from other hotels where they just cram two beds into one room. It felt like it used to be a suite that was converted, with two connecting rooms each having a large bed. This is perfect for families traveling with older children, as everyone gets their own space. Both rooms were very spacious, the overall decor felt quite high-end, and the cleanliness was also good. What was particularly thoughtful was that all the duvets were summer quilts – I've put up with thick duvets in other hotels for so long, so it's very considerate that this hotel thought of that. The only slight downside was that the room was at the very end of the hallway, and the hotel's layout is a bit odd; it takes a while to walk from the elevator, and dragging luggage along that path was a bit difficult. A nice touch, though, was that the hallway featured many small display cases showcasing Linfen's local culture, history, and intangible cultural heritage. This was great and made the long walk down the corridor less boring. The mini-bar in the room offered complimentary drinks, and breakfast was decent – enough to fill you up, and the local beef meatball noodles were good. Parking was convenient with an underground garage right next door. They also have a gym and a laundry room, so the facilities are good, and you can even order coffee on the first floor. The only minor issue was that the floor drain in the bathroom seemed to have a bit of an odor when we first entered, but flushing water down it fixed it right up. Hopefully, they can address that."

"This is truly a great hotel, highly recommended! It's a new hotel with an excellent location, directly connected to a mall, which is very convenient. The room layout is fantastic, especially the bathroom, and there's even a separate vanity table with plenty of counter space, perfect for organizing your belongings. The hotel is clean and the overall service is great, particularly the front desk which is very responsive. The only minor drawback is the reception staff in the ground floor lobby; they could improve their service awareness, perhaps by proactively offering to help guests with their luggage. The 1.5-meter twin beds are ideal for families with older children."

The hotel facilities were good, and the service was first-class with handsome men and beautiful women! The food in the restaurant was also very good. But there were some minor flaws when we returned to the room after drinking at night: the bed sheets and quilt covers seemed to be changed before they were dry, and it was so damp that I couldn't sleep at night! Especially my brother woke up several times. And the toothbrush shed hair! It fell all over my mouth! It was disgusting! The hotel is generally good, and I hope these details will be corrected!"

It is a five-minute car ride from the ancestral tree museum, and just outside the hotel, you can smell a street filled with food, fresh fruits, and vegetables. "We arrived at the hotel late and were tired from the day, so we reluctantly stayed one night. This was the first time I encountered a sewer smell in the lobby, so I had to seriously write a review. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by the smell of mold and sewerage. The front desk said they didn't smell any odor. It seemed that they were accustomed to the odor that had been there for a long time. The guest room smelled of smoke + moisture, the windows were closed, the bathroom did not have a ventilation system, all buttons did not have "exhaust", and the toilet and bathroom smelled of moisture and mold. The bedding was all damp and I needed to change the bedding at least. The pillows smelled of oily hair and the shower water started to turn rusty. The toilet and shower are open and share a door, which is too inconvenient for a family room. Let's change the signboard of an express hotel. The price of more than 100 yuan is in line with the current supporting facilities and services. The hotel's reply does not require an explanation. Looking at the previous negative reviews, you can tell that the problem has always existed and has never been improved."
