"The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and very welcoming. The beds were super comfortable; while not luxurious, the room was spotless, and the location was excellent. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was perfectly acceptable. The dining room was a bit chaotic, which seemed to be due to the staff being under pressure. For example, they ran out of bread and fruit, although these items were eventually replenished. However, overall, it's a superb hotel, primarily thanks to the wonderful staff."

To make sure the online ooking was processed correctly, I also cotacted the hotel directly and the lady answering the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. She followed up with an email to verify the room was reserved and they " were looking forward to welcome my daughter'. She had a great stay and awesome breakfast. Perfect."
