"The hotel is located in the very center of the city and 1-2 minutes walk to countless restaurants and cafes. The building is old and has its own charm and atmosphere. The breakfast is amazing. The food is high quality and the restaurant is stunning. Parking costs 130 kroner per night and is located next to the hotel. And the gym (opposite of hotel)has 24 hours access . The room is small but the window view to the square is nice. I lost one of my earbuds in the room and the hotel staff found it for me after i called."

"We were not able to enter the hotel when we arrived on a Sunday after 6 pm, so we had to call the hotel to get access code to enter and self check in. Other than that, it was an homely experience staying for 7 nights, with its unique quaint and mysterious feel design. We particularly liked its free 24/7 coffee/ tea and mini croissants and accessibility to bus and train terminal."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and very welcoming. The beds were super comfortable; while not luxurious, the room was spotless, and the location was excellent. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was perfectly acceptable. The dining room was a bit chaotic, which seemed to be due to the staff being under pressure. For example, they ran out of bread and fruit, although these items were eventually replenished. However, overall, it's a superb hotel, primarily thanks to the wonderful staff."
