the hotel is part of train station, super long corridor, rooms were converted from old train station offices. the staff there were very welcoming and they introduced the history of the hotel. However, the room was small and hard to fit two people. Also the bed was somehow next to the toilet next door, whenever the other guest was using the sink or shower, I can hear very clearly. Pls do consider this if you are sensitive to noise

Arrived late as flight was delayed from London but Check in was relaxing and a glass of Cava took some of the stress away. We were allocated a room in B wing overlooking the pool which was nice. Very quiet room and perfect for our five night stay. The TV has UK channels and lots of movies plus hotel wifi worked great for us. It has a minibar and iron/ironing board plus Nespresso-esque coffee machine. We asked for a kettle to boil water for tea and that was a great addition. The room has an eco-bottle which you can fill chilled/filtered water for your room, again very thoughtful. Breakfast was amazing and great selection of fruit, pastries, eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, etc. Staff very attentive and buffet well stocked with fresh ingredients daily. Spa you had to book a 1 hour slot for up to 6 people with sauna, steam-room and swimming pool. Again all very good quality and relaxing after a long day out and about. We went to the bar for a look up the stairs but empty so we ventured out down the Avenida. Its very close to the Metro and easy access from airport 25 mins. Check out efficient and polite and we would definitely recommend the stay here and will be returning!

Excellent central location. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff- all very friendly and helpful. We chose The Vintage hotel because of a recommendation from @Ginagoesto and were not disappointed! A lovely selection of complimentary goodies awaited us in our room which was a nice gesture. Breakfast - great selection of delicious food. Walking distance to good cafes and restaurants. This was our first visit to Lisbon and we were very impressed. Didn’t have time to use the spa unfortunately- we’ll have to come again! A great stay. Highly recommend!
