Hotel 3 Bintang di Lomme

Having stayed in this hotel several times, it is difficult to find original phases .This hotel has a car park if you pay extra but there is on street parking with room available often in the evening. It is on avenue de Dunkerque one of the old main roads out of Lillle towards Armentieres and Dunkerque. Thus a good place to stay to study 1st World War towns and battlefields tours plus the borders with Belgium. The beds are comfortable. The rooms warm with good desk space. The TV and wifi works. The breakfast buffet menu is very good with boiled eggs, lots of types of pastries and different bread plus biscuits cereals and fruits. Regional cakes are available. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Usually the room service menu is good with lots of favourite food. At the moment evening room service is not available.

交通便利，停車方便，對麪就有LIDL超市，就是房間比較舊，隔音有點不好

The hotel is in a lovely location with a park at the rear and lots of restaurants and a cinema in front. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room, though basic, was quite comfortable. The room was dated and a little tired but was clean. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning didn't cool in the evening, it just operated as a fan, it was very warm when we visited and this meant that we were a little uncomfortable. Perhaps this was our error as we didn't mention it to the staff, so never gave them the chance to rectify. All things considered we had a wonderful break away as we used this hotel as a base.

2 nuits du samedi 2/07 /2022 au lundi 04/07/2022 avec une amie ( chambre 106). 2 Nuits à 121 € avec petit -déjeuner compris ( ça c'est top ) Points négatifs : Hygiène de la chambre déplorable : La table coté fenêtre est collante et salle. Le store est déchiré. La salle de bain est minuscule , le lavabo contient des morceaux qui donne envie de vomir , le fond du w.c est encrassé ++ , il y a au pied du w.c du liquide ( pas envie de savoir ce que c'est !! ) , le seuil de la salle de bain est décollé et en dessous tout est rouillé, la douche est salle, le distributeur de savon ne fonctionne pas, le personnel présent ce jour là n'a pas nettoyé les éléments. Le lit : il est fait mais il n'y a pas de housse de protection du matelas , juste un drap simple. Les 2 appliques du lit ne fonctionnent pas. Points positifs : Le personnel de nuit et du petit-déjeuner est en OR , ils sont vraiment gentils. Grande affluence pour les petits-déjeuners , beaucoup de personnes ( Venus voir Indochine en concert pour la plupart) Niveau personnel = 10/10 Niveau propreté de la chambre = 0/10 Prix de la chambre avec p.déjeuner = 10/10 Hôtel à proximité de la station de métro (5/10 min à pieds) + de carrefour + boulangerie , ikea etc..
