Plaza on the River London

My name is Alimamy Mansaray and room 914. I just wanted to say for park plaza crews are outstanding, especially Evelyn and Anushka were very very helpful today and every day when ever I go restaurant for dinner. This is why I keep coming here when ever I take a vacation.

Really lovely restaurant that had been on my list for a while. The ambiance was quite intimate and it too loud either. Karim was amazing and really attentive to our table. The food was so good and you could taste the quality. I think some of the staff had overheard me say it was my birthday the day before and brought me a cute Happy Birthday dessert. Great service, great food and would definitely return.

The best stay ever . The view from our room was fantastic and breathtaking. The staff was so helpful specially Mr. Julian . Whoever wants to stay in the hotel , trust me u won’t regret . Also best English breakfast . Best location in central London almost 10 mins walking distance to major tourist attractions

Sathesh was very helpful to me when I had a problem with my phone charger. He responded very quickly to my needs, and bought an iPhone charger to room straight away. This service is a reflection of the service all round in a lovely hotel……:..::

We visited Chino Latino while waiting to check into our room. Pablo made some great drinks for us. He was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Chino Latino has a great and relaxing atmosphere. It is a nice place to relax after a long day of travel.

Was nice hotel stayed for two nights Sateesh upgraded the room to suite for free was nice touch The views were nice Only poor thing was the clean wasn’t the best the first night which I raised with the team other than that perfect stay Ten min walk to Vauxhall tube also

Natalij El Rameid went above and beyond for my stay at the wonderful hotel. I reached out to her via email before arrival and told her that I would like to ask my girlfriend out, she helped ensure everything was arranged above and beyond and made our stay incredible. Erica Viveiros is also someone I would like to highlight, she has welcomed us before and remembered us and greeted us. She is incredibly friendly and her customer service is amazing and it can be seen how much she cares for her job and she genuinely is there to help. We have been on 4 separate occasions and 3 times in the last 3 months. Every time we have gone the hotel is immaculate and spotless. The entire hotel is always so clean and the staff are always so friendly and are willing to go above and beyond. We have gone for both our birthdays as well and will continue to come back for such an amazing experience continually. The location is perfect for a weekend away to visit all the London sites, just a walk away. The food and drinks available are top quality and make you not even want to leave the hotel! The spa resources are brilliant, they are clean. Definitely worth a visit whilst staying in the hotel. Thank you for multiple amazing stays, we have recommended to our friends and family and will definitely be visiting again to this wonderful hotel.
