Amazingly rude front desk - twice over have felt the need to bang bang on about rules and basically make you feel like you are in the wrong Kind of a strange welcome both times Not sure what they are expecting of their well meaning guests but it does come across as pretty rude when all you want is a decent night’s sleep If a sweet welcome is what you’re after then go elsewhere

The location was pretty good. Although we didn’t received extra blanket, the USB outlets didn’t work, the shower gel dispenser was broken, TV remote didn’t work, we asked to change our towels and they weren’t changed during our stay.

The hotel is situated very conveniently within a 10 minute walk to Hounslow Central Underground so very convenient for Heathrow Airport.The hotel offers budget accommodation so no frills but the rooms are small but clean and comfortable no tea or coffee making facilities but next to a Tesco Express which you can get Costa Express and any essentials.The hotel offers a continental breakfast which Is normally £8.95 but mine was included with the room rate of £41 for a night.The hotel is situated near the town centre with plenty of eateries around so for the price,the location,and the convenience of the airport its well worth it.The reception staff very friendly and welcoming overall excellent service would definitely recommend and stay again when I need to be near the airport

Ia agak dekat dengan stesen, jadi saya berasa selamat walaupun pada lewat malam. Bilik itu luas dan bersih. Saya agak bimbang tentang bau tandas, Saluran keluar di ruang katil tiada ruang di bahagian bawah Kerana mungkin tidak boleh menggunakan penukar besar Berhati-hati diperlukan! Kakitangan baik dan baik Saya mempunyai masa yang hebat!

Don’t know where to start. The room it self wasn’t where the reception was, turns out it’s about 100m down the road & round the corner, making the below issues not worth chasing up for a short stay. A horrible smell, Very sewage/stagnant water I would say. Which come from the bathroom sink, which hair & gunge was blocking it leaving a slight blockage. Very cramped, you couldn’t swing a cat around the room. Window latch was damaged, led to feeling insecure even being high up. Dodgy wall fittings. Inc now where to hold the shower head on the wall. Crap little kettle that was broken & burnt my partners hand. Rusty/dusty fan. No bin! All round a pretty grim place. This said room is what my guess is one of a few which is not advertised in the photos when viewing/booking.

I stayed at the hostel for 3 nights and my experience was really nice. The stuff, the room and the breakfast were perfect! Everything was clean and also the staff always were cleaning. The location is the best, near Hyde Park and Nothing Hill and also near public transport. Thank you very much to be a great place during my visit to this beautiful city!! :)

Absolutely cracking burgers, must try if visiting. Vegan options and a selection of poutine style loaded chips. Relaxed atmosphere lots of space to work whilst lunching too. Will definitely be returning soon, lovely staff make all the difference. Many thanks!

Hotel muy céntrico con un desayuno inglés muy contundente. No varia día a día, pero hay buffet libre de pan, judías, bacon, tomates asados, huevos revueltos, mix de pastas y frutas, leches, yogures, etc. Para nosotros, la única pega es que no hacen las habitaciones. Puedes pedir que te cambien las toallas y el te y en ese caso, retiraran la basura; pero las camas ningún día.

I managed to get an upgrade of having a private bathroom.Loved it. If’s a nice place and very near the train station.Very convinient. My only complaint was that somebody next door had an argument in the middle of the night.C’mon,folks.Go argue outside and let other guests sleep in peace.

Upon arrival we were stood outside the hotel entrance as the door was locked. We noticed there was a man stood next to the railing with a bag of toilet roll on the floor and after 10 minutes the man asked if he could help us. Turns out he was the owner, we actually thought he was a homeless man. He wasn't particularly welcoming and said he had to wait for his nephew to come. I'm unsure why as he was the one who took the payment anyway. There was no reception, just a chair in a very narrow hallway and the list of check-ins were written on a scrappy piece of paper. The state of the room really didn't surprise us as we only paid £50 for the night. However be prepared for a scummy dirty room that probably hasn't been cleaned for several months. It was a bit gross that a filthy curtain had no tie so the only way to get light into the room was to twist it, and stick it out the window (as it already was when we first entered the room). Really unhygienic as the curtain which had been touching the filthy wall outside then had to hang inside the room touching the walls and pillows-the owner didn't think to put the pillows on the opposite side of the bed. The bedding and pillows were very damp...I suppose that's because it was a basement room but still! Everything that had the potential to be dirty certainly was dirty. The mirror was all faded and scratched so it seemed pointless having it in the room as you couldn't see anything anyway and it was in such a dark corner of the room where light didn't penetrate. The TV didn't work and the plug socket was be very high up on the wall so that when you were charging your phone, the phone couldn't be lay down on the floor and was suspended in mid air. There was no door for the shower room and the distance between the toilet and shower was probably a few inches, so you could probably sit on the toilet whilst washing your feet. There was mould on the curtains and when having a shower, the water went all over the floor. We were only given ONE towel as the owner insisted he thought the booking was for one person so I had to show him my booking confirmation (most places give 2 towels per person normally...) He even had the cheek to say that we should be grateful we got the room for cheap and that he can charge much higher rates for weekends. He seemed annoyed that we only paid £50 for the room and demanded to know when we booked it and through what means. I assumed that card payment would be possible, certainly in this day and age! But he said that his card machine had problems and was broken, which I didn't really take his word for. So I asked for another towel and he made some excuse saying that due to covid, there's a shortage of towels and he hadn't received the fresh linen from the company that does it for him. Really poor excuse...
