Hotel berhampiran King Edward Memorial Park, London

The overall experience was great the staff did their best to give us excellent service but just silly things let the experience fall . We stayed on the second floor and as we had our baby with us needed to use the lift . It was a sensitive soul . Sometimes it worked great and sometimes not so much . The smell on the second floor was across between diels or hydraulics smells mixed with sewerage . We seen work men there so unfortunately something wasn't working well and they were doing there best to fix it . Other than that we ordered room service and they didn't open our bottle of wine so I had to go down to the bar to get it opened . After long travelling day defeated the object of having room service . Facilities was great room was very tidy clean and comfy . As I said overall experience was great but for the price paid wouldnt be rushing back . X

This is the third time I’ve stayed here within the last 6 months. It’s my go-to hotel for London trips. I’m always so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Sherin on the front desk, and the breakfasts are exceptional. Olena helped us this time to source the gluten free and vegan food, she is a credit to the team. Thank you again to the hotel and I look forward to returning very soon!

To whom it may concern I wish to complain about my experience with the Canary Wharf point A hotel on the 24th of March. I was very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism members of staff showed me and my friends during our short time at the hotel. Firstly, we got told to turn the music down which I totally understand and respected, after turning the music right down we get another knock on the door and once again it was security and a female member of staff claiming we were doing drugs and smoking (which really upset and offended me as I have recently lost a close friend to drug use). I offered them to come and search the room to prove we had no drugs and weren’t smoking but they were having none of it and told us we had to leave. To make it even worse they also made my other two friends leave who were in a totally separate room with no reason or evidence of this supposed drug use and smoking. I tried explaining that we have travelled from Sunderland and would be stranded with no where to stay but I was ignored and told to leave. Before we left the same female member of staff told us the manager has told them to make us leave she then gave us a card with a number to get hold of the manager which we rung immediately after leaving. If our experience with the hotel and service wasn’t bad enough, we then get told on the phone there’s no manager in the building which makes me believe the manager never told anyone to kick us out. In total we spent around 2 hours in the hotel and when I asked about getting a refund I got totally blanked and ignored. I have also emailed Canary Wharf point A hotel to express my disappointment with how we were treated but have not received a reply at this moment. This is a very convenient spot and always very cheap. You do get what you pay for though - I went for a room without windows and it was quite the airlock. However the bar and general feel of the place is nice.

Fantastic place to stay if looking for budget option solo or as a couple in London. Very comfortable, modern, clean rooms. Very good WiFi, excellent staff (Vineet and Deep extremely helpful lovely and accommodating). Rooms are obviously small as this is a capsule hotel but really great experience if you’re looking for somewhere to lay your head when in London.

Penginapan yang menyenangkan. Menggunakan semakan dalam talian yang membantu tetapi kemudian menerima bilik yang dinaik taraf untuk mengumpul kad kunci saya yang merupakan sentuhan yang bagus. Kawasan bar terasa seperti sebuah kafe dan malangnya teres bumbung ditutup awal sedikit pada jam 9 malam. Secara keseluruhan bagaimanapun menikmati penginapan.

Ia adalah tempat terbaik untuk tinggal di UK selama 2 minggu. Lokasi yang tenang di jalan yang sibuk Semua stesen bas, tiub (kereta api bawah tanah) dan kereta api tersedia dalam masa 10-15 minit berjalan kaki Berdekatan dengan restoran dan kedai kopi berdekatan (terutamanya pengurus Pret A) Malah Chimaek terletak berhampiran dengan ***a Korea. Muzium British dalam jarak berjalan kaki Pembersihan bilik harian Saya tidak meninggalkan tip, saya minta maaf ruang 1 katil double meja kerusi almari tandas ruang yang luas Tandas, tiada kotoran, tiada bau, air yang baik dan longkang dengan baik Terdapat tingkap di atas katil untuk membolehkan pengudaraan. Ia adalah musim sejuk, dan ia bagus kerana ia tidak terlalu sejuk dan tidak kering.

This is my second time booking The Royal National Hotel. Located a stone’s throw from Russell Square. The room turned out to be smaller than previous booking, though I had booked the Twin Plus room which costs more.

The room was basic but adequate. I don’t think there are renovations being done at the moment (June 2024) but we were on the top floor and in an old style room. I was generally clean but dirty marks on the pillows. The bathroom however, was really smelly and not pleasant to use. Top floor not for those with vertigo!! That said it was a great location and staff were lovely. I expect the renovated rooms will be lovely (and more pricey). Value for money in the room we had was good.

Warm and friendly staff with efficient check in and check out. Breakfast in the restaurant was great. Room was very clean and quiet, however very small and not really ideal for 2 adults with suitcases. The location is amazing and very close to Paddington station.
