"A very, very good accommodation experience, first-class environment, really New Zealand. We had a small episode on the day of accommodation. Because of the cruise ship, we could not arrive until midnight. We could only contact the hotel to help arrange the room. When we arrived, the lights in the room were on, so we found our room at a glance, and the air conditioner in the room was turned on in advance. It was really thoughtful and touching. I decided that I would stay here whenever I go to Wellington in the future, and I would not choose any other place."

"We stayed 5 nights in a Studio with 1x dble bed and 1x single bed. Comfortable mattresses, smart TV, air conditioning unit, table and chairs, comfortable leather couch. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hobbs, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. We ate out (local and nearby) so didn't need the kitchen, but if we returned for a longer stay we would use it. Our Host was helpful and obliging. Delivered slippers to our room, generous with milk and restaurant recommendations. We found Unit 4 to be quiet and near our car park. We will stay here again. It's clean and towels are changed daily. Good value for money."

"This is still a very good option for those like us needing close proximity to the ferry. It was clean (apart from the glassware needing re-washing) and everything worked as it should. Unfortunately, the pricing has increased quite a lot since our last stay and was the most expensive of all the places we stayed at in the North Island over the 3 weeks. Still, we'll probably stay again."
