"A very, very good accommodation experience, first-class environment, really New Zealand. We had a small episode on the day of accommodation. Because of the cruise ship, we could not arrive until midnight. We could only contact the hotel to help arrange the room. When we arrived, the lights in the room were on, so we found our room at a glance, and the air conditioner in the room was turned on in advance. It was really thoughtful and touching. I decided that I would stay here whenever I go to Wellington in the future, and I would not choose any other place."

"This is still a very good option for those like us needing close proximity to the ferry. It was clean (apart from the glassware needing re-washing) and everything worked as it should. Unfortunately, the pricing has increased quite a lot since our last stay and was the most expensive of all the places we stayed at in the North Island over the 3 weeks. Still, we'll probably stay again."

I was told there was no booking made for me and they had no spare rooms so she couldn’t help me then hun g up.Completely unsatisfactory and I want a full refund from you. Useless accomodation  app and useless motel management. Made for a hugely stressful night for me. Absolute rubbish experience all round!"

"My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us as we were attending the André Rieu concert movie at Queensgate’s cinema that afternoon, We had a lovely dinner in the Angus restaurant in the evening. We were in one of the twin rooms which has still to be upgraded, but it was adequate for our one night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful"

I took 7 other people with me. and every one were very pleased with the motel. very comfortable, clean and tidy. they even went out of their way to make sure one lady got to the interisland ferry, and then picked her up. thank you for an amazing stay, no trains go over the weekend out in melling, so we did have to drive to Petone station. but that is not the motel's fault. good parking. very safe. we have booked for next year."
