"We spent 3 nights at this most splendid location. Driving up the winding roads leads you to this most charming boutique hotel. From the moment you enter the service is elegant and thoughtful. The views are gorgeous and the local products a delight. The couple who own it are so helpful, he even helped me with my flat tyre. You do feel at complete peace and nothing was too much. We could not reccomend it any higher. "

"Nice small B&B with a small pool. We went in august and it was very hot.. so when we went to bed the room was to hot for sleeping. We made a complaint and someone took a look at the aircondition. It was aperantly ok but still room temperatur in room was 28 degree even with AC on low and full fan. So a very bad experience that impacted sleep Quality and overall impression.Can not recommed this accomodation for this very reason."

"We stayed at the property for 2 nights in early January 2025. The room was clean but quite small, with very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was clean and large, but the towels were very small, and some of the mirror lights were burned out. The room temperature wasn't very comfortable; the radiators were barely warm, and the heat pump (probably calibrated with a limiter) didn't heat the room sufficiently. Luckily, it wasn't freezing outside. The television (a brand I'd never heard of) was almost unusable due to the remote control not working, even with new batteries, except for 30cm ones. The Wi-Fi was very poor, only working intermittently. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the welcome was excellent even though we arrived early for check-in. The breakfast was average, the place was small, and the atmosphere was a bit cold. Although we were aware of this, we didn't like the €10.00 per day parking fee, which was truly excessive considering the property's location. Lucca's historic center is about a 25-30 minute walk away. very beautiful to visit and with many nice places where you can taste typical cuisine and find Tuscan artisan products."

"Overall- very pleasant experience. Excellent location, modern rooms, nothing to complain about except breakfast Positive: great location, rooms facing very quiet square. Super comfy beds and pillows. Small hotel so no crowds. No issues with heating/cooling in the room. Negative: Buffet is 30 euro and the choice is super limited which feels like a scam in Italy:)) And things are slightly warm, not even hot. Very disappointed as a Platinum member. Not an issue to pay 30 euro but offer a choice. You can’t even get an omelette (only scrambled eggs available) and have to pay extra 12 euro. Hint: platinum members get water (from the mini bar) for free, but reception won’t tell you unless you ask"
