No availability of handwash liquid and toilet paper in washroom. Answer by reception is- "we dont provide handwash liquid. Use soap instead of liquid. What a cheap service and reply by receptionist

Stay was awesome. House keeping was good. I don’t bother it. They did already by their own. Cleanliness was very good

Room was clean and the location is best. Bed and linen were clean. Fridge and ac were working fine. Maintain cleanliness in washroom.

Hotel is budget, but not maintained, rooms lights are low, need urgent coloring, improvement is required. However staff is good.

Bad room. Horrible washroom. Curtains were broken. Towel was smelly. Except the location nothing was good about the hotel.

Horrible experience as room was not ready on time, no person is available on any landline services to pick call. Staff is totally absurd and non supportive
