Breakfast is in wide varieties &yummy .We (a group of friends) had wonderful night in this hotel. Just need to improve: the top part of the glass penal at shower area is full of dust (room 1810)"

"I really have to complain about this. On the day I checked in, I was worried about my car getting sunburnt, so I wanted to park it in the parking lot. After searching around, I finally found the entrance in a small alley behind the hotel. Both the entrance and exit were extremely narrow, piled high with construction debris and tiles. Two cars couldn't pass each other at all; we had to get out and move the stuff to get through. And it was at the entrance of an alley, so when we got out to move things, other cars kept honking at us. I ended up covered in dust, and when I finally got to the parking lot, there were hardly any spaces. The front desk staff's service was also extremely unprofessional and clueless. They didn't even respond immediately when I raised the parking issue. My good mood was completely ruined. This is truly the first time I've had to 'move bricks' just to stay in a hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍"
