"Our stay at Hennan Lagoon was truly wonderful! The service was excellent, and the entire place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were especially impressive—everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with a warm smile. The only downside for us was that the resort was a bit far from the front beach, which made it slightly less convenient if you wanted to go back and forth frequently. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Hennan Lagoon to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service, cleanliness, and genuinely welcoming staff. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back!"

"Room is really big and always clean. But the view from the west side is not nice. It’s across a big trash bin and it’s overlooking some other buildings. If you can, ask for the beach view or the pool view. Buffet breakfast was just ok but sushi is not good. But their Italian resto is really good. Happy hour near the pool has a buy one take one promo. But service is really good. The pool is really nice and safe. Location is top notch. The beach is just in front and they have chairs and a towel service there. The staff also guards your belongings and you can also ask them to keep it in the kiosk for safety."

"t’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !"

"We loved our 5-night stay at Henann Garden Resort. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the Grand Room with a bathtub, which we really enjoyed. The resort has four swimming pools, and we had fun swimming from one pool to another.We also had a whole-body massage in our room at an affordable price, which made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was ok and the choices for Muslim guests were quite limited. There was also a fire show every night, which added to the holiday atmosphere. The resort has very easy access to the beachfront, including beach lounge chairs facing the sea. It is only a few minutes’ walk to D’Mall, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and laundry services nearby. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and would happily stay here again."

"You don’t need to leave the hotel! Everything you need is there. The best tasting food, the best and reasonably priced massages, the clearest beaches with super soft sand, and extremely friendly staff. There’s also nobody bothering you to sell you tours. The downtown part was crowded and you can’t walk 3 steps without your pathway getting blocked by people trying to sell you tours. Not at Henann Prime! In the morning you can be at the calmest beach, and in the afternoon you can be inside one of the best pools in the island. There’s food and massage services both by the pool, and in your room! You can also pay to play volleyball on the sand. It doesn’t even hurt when you fall! Overall, amazing!"

"We had an amazing 6-day stay at Henann Crystal Sands as a couple, and overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful resort, excellent location, and warm hospitality. Being right in the heart of Boracay made everything so convenient. The beach is just steps away, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. Our room was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, giving us the perfect place to unwind after spending the day exploring Boracay. We especially enjoyed the resort’s atmosphere—it felt luxurious without being overly formal, making it a great place for couples looking to relax and enjoy quality time together. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool area, particularly the stunning pool overlooking the beach. Watching the sunset together while enjoying the resort facilities was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were also friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, we felt well taken care of. After six days, we honestly didn’t want to leave. Henann Crystal Sands gave us the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxing couple’s getaway. Would we stay here again? "The room was clean and they also provide down-time service and the location is quite accessible to a lot of popular restaurants. However, we encountered a number of miscommunication with their staffs. The amenities was also quite small for a 5-star hotel, the decors in the room did not feel like it was worth a ₱20k/night."
