El hotel está muy bien situado y la habitacion no está mal pero creo que para 4 estrellas está justito. Eso sí el personal es estupendo. En cuanto al precio creo que es razonable teniendo en cuenta los precios suizos. Volvería si el precio es ajustado.

Location! Kindess! Beautiful! The hotel is in a great location, the stuff are very kind. We also ask for belongings save after we checked out, and the agree with pleasure.

Lovely centrally located hotel with wonderful view of chapel Bridge. As in many hotels in Europe, there is no AC, but so pleased to have a quiet Dyson fan. We were also pleased to get unexpected dining coupons for the stay for breakfast or dinner @18.50chf pp per day. Friendly staff. Large room with balcony, we had several (groceryand takeout) lunch and dinners there! There was only 1 chair on balcony (despite request we didn't get another chair or table) so we took a chair and table from our room, which worked nicely. There was a coffee maker with coffee and tea pods in our room as well. I would definitely recommend.

Positives * Helpful and quick remote service. They helped arrange our requested extra pillows before arrival. They also arranged to send us the Lucerne visitor pass by email two days before arrival. There were some spiders in the rooms that were quickly removed for us. We also had an issue with the air conditioner that was quickly fixed while we were out. * Attractive modern and practical design. * The organic bathroom amenities set by local brand is a nice touch. * There are supermarkets and shops nearby. You must try the freshly baked pastries from Aux Merveilleux de Fred in the morning. The chocolate cramique is delicious as it comes out of the oven. * We requested a quiet room and were assigned on the 5th floor. It was nice and quiet and we could easily access the room using the lift. To be improved: * A microwave would be great to heat up food. Placing one in the common laundry room could also help. * There were no instructions on how to use the electrical stove top and other equipment in the room. This info would be good to add in the Lubo app. * A sponge is provided in the kitchen but there is no dishwashing detergent. There are not enough additional dishes to make use of the dishwasher. A small dish drying tray would be useful in the kitchen too. * The mirror near the entrance needs lighting. The shower area is also too dark. * The body soap was not placed in the shower. It was in the kitchen instead. * The air conditioner made a strange noise from time to time. * The water pressure and temperature of the shower was not stable.

Wir durften mit meiner Schulklasse eine Nacht in der Jugendherrberge verbringen, als Start in unseren Wettbewerb. Das Frühstück wurde von allen sehr gelobt und die Zimmer boten alles was wir brauchten. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die flexibilität und die Spontanität.

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Felmis. The room we stayed in was small but comfortable and had the very best air conditioner of all the hotels we stayed in during our vacation. We enjoyed the comfortable outdoor patio and the large complimentary breakfast during our stay there. The location of the hotel is right beside the bus stop, and it only takes about 10 minutes via the bus to get to Lucerne. Just overall a pleasant stay.

Overall the hotel is clean and re-newed. Good for short stay. But reception service was so slow, we arrived at around 9pm and we waited 30-40mins for the reception counter and get back to room at 10pm. Also the staff keep suggesting us to park our car in nearby carpark instead of parking slots in front of the hotel.

L'hôtel est conforme aux standards IBIS. La literie est confortable et la chambre plus grande que dans d'autres établissements du groupe. La salle de bain et la cabine de douche sont trop exiguës et il manque d'étagères où poser une trousse de toilettes. Nous avons déploré l'absence de climatisation dans la chambre. Le ventilateur peinait à rendre la température supportable. L'hôtel est situé à l'extérieur mais le centre-ville de Luzerne est accessible en moins de dix minutes par le train grâce au pass fourni par l'hôtel et la gare toute proche à pieds. Parking public en sous-sol accessible directement depuis la réception.

The hostel was very cozy and a convenient location. Although it is not actually in Lucerne the bus station is right outside and you get free tickets! The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. However, the check in desk has nobody there from 11 am to 4 pm check in... where were we supposed to put our luggage? Also, the shower wouldn't drain and was very small and gross. If you're a budget traveler, I would still recommend staying here!

Really lovely hotel, spectacular view of Lake Lucerne. Very easy to get around - bus stop right in front of the hotel which made daily trips very easy. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant, also with with an incredible view. Though this is an older property, the nice sized rooms, balconies w great views, and the grounds made this an incredibly charming and visually appealing spot to vacation. Would recommend to everyone!
