Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Maeen Sub-District

Kempinski Ishtar exceeded our expectations and made our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable. The stay was much better than expected. The rooms are very comfortable and have a balcony, facing the Dead Sea. The choice between 5 pools is really great, as well as direct access to the Dead Sea. In line with the legendary Jordanian hospitality, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, thanks to our longer stay, we got to know some of the staff members better and, therefore, we would like to thank Tamih for wonderful bellydance shows every evening – they were very entertaining and it was amazing that she invited people to dance with her – very fun! Our trip to Petra and back to the hotel with Adnan, the driver, was very entertaining, and we learned a lot about that part of Jordan. There were also had very kind and friendly lifeguards – Hani and Mousa – who made sure that we have everything we needed for our stay by the pool. In addition, there were some great waiters – Jan, Suhaib and Elias – who brought us fresh and tasty orange juice and Turkish coffee. Floating in the Dead Sea was also great thanks to Jalal, who made sure we have the information we need. As we consider the Lebanese cuisine restaurant Rehan the best out one in Kempinski Ishtar, we went there of ten enough to thank Chef Abu Eiles, Omar, Mousa, Bajes and Ahmad – who made sure the food was delicious and we were properly served. But Blu and Obelisk also served delicious food.

Very disappointing stay in Ma'in Hot Spring resort, where to start... This is a 5 star hotel so we had some expectations after 5 nights in camps, but we found an old hotel with careless staff resulting in dirty rooms (found dead mosquitoes, used earbuds on the floor...) and poor service (no info on closed swimming pool, bed linen not matching bed size, no towels...). The hot spring pool is unique but doesn't allow for 3 yo to swim (42°C water temperature). This hotel needs a serious change in management to reach the service matching the room price.

Struttura molto bella, ma carente nei dettagli, sicuramente merita un rinnovamento (tavolini, sdraio, ombrelloni, ecc. vecchi). Camera non adatta ad un 5 stelle. Bagno vecchio con vasca e tendina di protezione; soffitto con macchie. Pulizia non ottimale, abbiamo trovato le lenzuola del letto macchiate. In estate suggerirei di chiudere le piscine non alle 18:30, ma almeno un'ora dopo.

In my opinion, it is the best hotel and resort in the Dead Sea area, and it deserves a five-star rating. The reception staff is wonderful and excellently trained in dealing with guests, in addition to the wonderful service staff, the resort is characterized by great cleanliness in the rooms and facilities. The spa is very impressive, and you can get several types of massages by a professional staff, in addition to skin treatment. The resort has great restaurants and bars. I would like to thank the resort management for their attention and care, especially Mr. Nasr Tayeh.
