The most affordable luxury hotel you could get in Makati! Room is clean, room service kindly changes our bed and pillow sheets every 2 days. Breakfast buffet served is amazing and they always switch up the menu. I really appreciate the water dispenser that they have put in the hallway! The gym they have is great with essential equipment and the pool is nice with extra towels provided. Also to mention, the view is breathtaking!

We got there early because of my surgery, and they were very generous to accommodate us. Now the room—- it is more than what you pay for! I promise you that their affordable rate offers every necessity you would need. The room is very spacious with cooking and dining area, it’s clean and cozy. I rested after surgery with peace and calmness! Their bathroom is super clean with complete amenities! Even the bed is so soft, comfy and white! I love everything about Sphere! The housekeeping service provided by Mr. Ariel Pilande, Room Attendant was excellent. He was prompt in his duties, kept the room super clean and well-informed about the services available at the hotel. He is a skilled converationalist. His supervisor, Sir Ryan Navarro made sure that his staff served as well (quite good in overseeing his staff). Overall, the hotel met my expectations from the guards at the ground floor (extremely nice), concierge (attendants were most helpful) and reception (staff were friendly, efficient and helpful).

The facilities and room are really good especially for the price you pay. Spacies room, good and comfortable bed, good bathroom, strong pressure shower etc. Nice pool, but the ultimum is the Spa/Onsen, good place to relax after a day in the busy city. One negative, they have an issue at the reception, the two times I have visited the hotel, check in takes forever, always something. Like Manila airport, looks like no person has a smooth/regular check in. Check out, you have to wait for your deposit gets cleared, also unnecessary long proces, it is 2024! But as said really good facilities and rooms. Neighbourhood little bit sketchy, not dangerous but lot of male and female persons wanna sell you drugs/pills/ services.
