Hotel berhampiran Alhuda Grand Mosque, Makkah

It was a very pleasant stay at Hilton Makkah Convention. As always expected from this hotel, everything was great starting from the reception and front desk team. Ms Hatoon Fattah and Mr. Amr Hassan were very professional, helpful and supportive. Mr. Mahmoud in the executive lounge was very decent and helpful and confirm the excellent hospitality of this hotel. The hotel has a great prayer hall with a direct view to the holly Haram and a shuttle bus to and from the holly Haram.

Le Meridien tower is the best hotel in Makkah . The manager Ahmed Shaker is very hospitable and kind person.I stay 4 times in Le Meridien. Tower no 4 , Tower no 5 and Tower no 8. all towers are good. Managment. Service anf price all excellent. Hotel rooms , bath rooms and kitchen big and clean When i come Makkah i will stay in le meridien LE MERIDIEN IS EXCELLENT

Lokasi strategik, dekat dengan Masjidil Haram. Pemandangan Haram yang bagus. Sarapan pagi yang baik, bilik yang bersih dan luas. Pancuran air tekanan tinggi. Kakitangan yang baik dan membantu

Hotel yang mengagumkan, kami mendapat pemandangan bandar dan ia sangat mengagumkan. Agak pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Semua orang di hotel ini sangat baik. Perkhidmatan bilik juga bagus, daftar masuk juga lancar tanpa menunggu kami mendapat bilik terus selepas waktu daftar masuk. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak pilihan makanan. Makanan tempatan dan barat. Sangat bagus dan disyorkan. Yang haram juga sangat dekat dengan hotel. Anda hanya boleh berjalan ke haram.

Our stay at Emaar Elite was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful. We arrived early, and our rooms were not ready, but we were able to drop our bags and leave freely for a while before check-in. It is a reasonable walking distance from the Haram (about 15 minutes on foot) and the hotel provides shatter buses to and from the Haram throughout the day.

This is my 6 time in this hotel but this time I have decided to not comeback to this hotel again just because of the receptionist rude behaviour. The Girl Receptionist khan one of the rudest people I have met in my life. I arrived at the hotel little early around 5am and I told them I am going to perform umrah and I will comeback around 12pm to hotel and I am with 1 years old infant please let me check in. In the morning they told me that the room will be ready by 10 am so no need to be worried. After performing the umrah I went to the hotel at 12pm and I asked for the room but the receptionist khan is speak very rudely with me and told me to cancel my booking and leave the hotel or wait for 4 hours. I told her in the morning I was told the room will be ready by 10am but she didn’t replied back. I was very shocked that they are giving room other people but not me and when I ask for refund she said no refund so I now I don’t have any option and just I have to wait. I wait for two hours and then finally I got chance to meet with Hotel Manager Mr Eda maybe mistake in name but he is bald and he finally help us to check in. Now I want to ask questions why so rude people on Reception ? Why she is not letting me to go room when there is other people are going ? My family is suffering from all this and my child is sleeping in Reception lounge sofa.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. 5-7 minit dengan teksi mempunyai perkhidmatan ulang-alik sendiri juga. Biliknya sangat bagus bagus saiz besar selesa sangat berprestij rasa perkhidmatan pelanggan yang bagus daftar masuk adalah mudah

The hotel and the room itself were excellent and clean. It is a bit far from Masjidil Haram but the hotel provides free shuttle bus every half an hour. The trip will take about 20 minutes one way. The receptionists were professional and nice.

حجزت الفندق لإقامة الوالد والوالدة خلال أدائهم العمرة في شهر رمضان .. وتركتهم في الفندق بمفردهم لمدة 5 أيام .. وكان مستوى التعاون من قبل فريق العمل داخل الفندق أكثر من رائع. وأخص بالشكر الأخوة المسؤولين عن المطاعم والأستاذ رضا شعبان مدير الأغذية والمشروبات بالفندق على تعاونه الدائم معهم هو وفريق عمله المميزين. تجربة جعلت الفندق اختيار الأول دائما عند زيارة مكة. شكراً لكم
