The condo unit is on the top floor, one level, with elevator access and is one of the more ideally located condos offering the best all-around views. The rear deck overlooks the waterfront sound, Historic Manteo, and pans east across the sound to Jockeys Ridge. The front deck features a large covered porch and deck overlooking the marina. We love the top floor as it allows the best views, breezes, sunrises and sunsets.The condo is renovated with a bright, cozy, beachy feel. It is tastefully decorated with fun beach themed cheerful décor. The living room has a couch, love seat, chair and a large flat screen Smart TV with DIRECTV service. Sliding glass doors bring you outside to a deck accessible from the master suite as well.
