Das Hotelzimmer, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Das Personal und allgemein die Leute in Friedrichshafen sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück wird eine große Vielfalt an zB Brötchen-&Brotsorten, Wurst-&Käseaufschnitten, sowie Müsli-&Joghurtsorten geboten. Der Standort des Hotels ist ziemlich gut und nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Gegenüber befindet sich der Bodenseecenter (ca 4 min entfernt) mit vielen Einkaufsläden, Restaurants und Bars. Mit den beiden Busstationen (beide ca 2 min entfernt) ist man innerhalb von 7-15 min am Stadt- bzw Hafenbahnhof. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir würden das Styles Hotel erneut besuchen.

El Holiday Inn Express Friedrichshafen es un excelente hotel para pasar una noche o explorar los sitios cercanos en coche. El hotel se encuentra a tan solo 5 km del centro y cuenta con un amplio parking privado exterior gratuito. Las habitaciones son cómodas y silenciosas, lo que garantiza una buena noche de descanso. Además, el desayuno es muy bueno y cuenta con todo lo que se puede esperar. Destacaría especialmente el trato del chico de recepción y del bar, que se esforzó para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. Recomiendo sin duda este hotel para cualquiera que esté buscando una opción cómoda y asequible en Friedrichshafen. Muy buena relación calidad-precio, por lo menos en temporada baja.

The great location is the only good thing about this hotel and the playground. While doing research on a reasonably priced hotel to stay I came across this hotel. I needed a kid-friendly hotel for my 2-and-a-half-year-old son. This was one of the only places that offered a playground so I chose it for that, location and price. The site also stated free parking. What it doesn't say is that you have to park far away, not at the parking garage across the street. They have a loading and unloading area which is very small and jam-packed during checkout and check in. Walking to the parking area is about a 10+ minute walk!! I feel like I was deceived by not knowing this beforehand. The receptionist was nice but refused to let us check in a little early so we had to wait and wait. Once we checked in we were immediately greeted by a dirty room with bugs. The floor looked like it had never been cleaned. The bugs were crawling on the sheets, walls, and floor. We did some research and found out these bugs are called spider beetles. They were everywhere in the room!!! It made us nervous to even sleep in the beds. We did a thorough check at night before going to sleep and assured our son the bugs wouldn't get him. If we had another option and money to change hotels we WOULD HAVE. The bathroom shower had another person's hair from 'down there' in it so we had to clean the shower as well. The hotel had dozens and dozens of teens on site and they were loud and rude. They banged on the wall and ran through the halls until 9pm or so. The breakfast was adequate if you like the basics of sustenance. We needed ice for our son's milk and all they could offer us was a bowl and 2 scoops of ice at a time which didn't last long so his milk went bad. If you want to stay in the old city with a medieval feel and the rustic charms of small rooms, dirty accommodations, bugs everywhere, and noise, then this is your place! This is not a place for a family vacation. This is a place for groups of youths and people who just need a place to sleep and shower who don't have standards. I'm extremely disappointed that I wasted my money here. The only good thing was the playground/ship that my son loved and the convenience of shops and restaurants. My husband and I thought about complaining to management about the issues but I knew that wouldn't accomplish anything because I simply wanted my money back. We shouldn't be sleeping with bugs!!!! We shouldn't have to clean the floors ourselves!!! We should be aware of how far parking is!! One sweet thing the housekeeping did was make my son's bed, fold his blanket, and put his teddy bear on the pillow. That made us smile for the first and only time.

Excellent hotel with nice, modern rooms and nice staff. Buffet breakfast was really good too. Although I was a bit worried that my check-in time was very delayed as my flight was delayed, I was still able to check in late at night after 11pm. And leaving luggage with the hotel to wander around town after check-out time was easy. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area again.

Ich war vom 15.7.–17.7.2023 (Zimmer 311) im Hotel Föhr gebucht. Ich habe direkt über die Hotel Homepage gebucht, somit auch den Höchstpreis für diese 2 Tage für ein Einzelzimmer bezahlt (Euro 301.-). Von einem 4-Sterne Hotel, wie es ausgeschrieben ist, erwarte ich einen Topservice. Leider habe ich alles andere angetroffen. Als erstes wollte ich die Toilette benutzen, wo mir beim Öffnen des Deckels sich ein unangenehmes Bild von einer verschmutzen Toilette eröffnete sowie auch der Geschmack danach. Da es schon später am Abend war, habe ich dies im Moment so hingenommen, obwohl der Geruch der Toilette die ganze Nacht präsent war. Am anderen Morgen habe ich über die Hotel Homepage eine Beschwerde geschrieben. Auf diese hat sich niemand gemeldet. Weiter erwähnte ich auch die Dusche, welche unten beim Abfluss braun ist sowie die Ritzen der Duschwände die braun und sehr verschmutzt sind. Auch das verfleckte Badetuch passte zum Rest des Bildes. Morgens wollte ich einen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer machen, ich fand nur entkoffeinierter Kaffee vor, welcher wahrscheinlich die wenigsten Leute am Morgen brauchen und somit auch kein grosser Verbrauch sein wird. Auch dies erwähnte ich in der Beschwerde. Die ganze Nacht knallte die Türe vom Treppenhaus lautstark zu, welches zu einem ruhigen Schlaf nicht zu empfehlen ist. Darauf waren wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs, wo ich mich nicht mehr darum kümmern konnte. Am frühen Abend kamen wir zurück. Ich ging auf mein Zimmer wo sich mir wieder ein unschönes Bild eröffnete, das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Ich ging an die Rezeption und wollte mich beschweren. Da war schon ein Herr vor mir vom Zimmer nebenan, welchem das gleiche widerfahren ist, auch sein Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte, sie könne im Moment nichts tun. Also musste ich auch die 2. Nacht in diesem ungemachten und stinkendem Zimmer verbringen. Am morgen meiner Abreise traf ich dann noch einen Herrn mit gebrochenem Deutsch vor meiner Türe, welcher erst freundlich zu mir sein wollte. Ich fragte ihn ob er verantwortlich für die Zimmer sei und ob er dies auch den Tag davor war. Er sagte ja, da habe ich es ihm auch noch direkt gesagt, dass ich mein Zimmer am ersten Tag mit einer verschmutzen Toilette angetroffen hätte und am 2. Tag gar nichts mehr gemacht wurde. Da erwähnte er, er hätte das Bodentuch im Badezimmer ausgewechselt. Dass nur das Bodentuch im Bad ausgetauscht wurde stimmt, das habe ich auch selbst bemerkt. Wenn das die Definition von Zimmerreinigung ist, fehlen mir die Worte! Dieser Herr reagierte dann gehässigt und wollte behaupten er hätte mein Zimmer gemacht. Aber da ich nicht die Einzige war in diesem Hotel und es auch Beweise gibt, vom Herrn vom Zimmer nebenan, dem das Gleiche widerfahren ist, ist die Wahrheit wohl unumgänglich.
