"We flew into Mena Airport to have some work done on our plane and needed a place to stay for the night. We absolutely could not have chosen a better place. The owners are the nicest people ever. He volunteered to pick us up at the airport, and on the way to the B & B, he asked if we would like to stop somewhere for lunch. We invited both he and his wife to join us for lunch, and they graciously accepted. We stayed in the charming cottage, and the accommodations were amazing. The next morning they prepared and served us a lovely breakfast. Their beautiful home is across the street from a peaceful and lovely park. I could go on, but I will finish by saying everything was perfect."

"We needed accommodations for four families for three nights on short notice. They had exactly what we needed at very affordable rates. We returned to use their services again this past week August 2nd and 3rd. We are very pleased with our stay and the continuing upgrades in the remodeling. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The heat in Mena has been oppressive but the air-conditioning worked excellent and made it easy to get a great nights sleep. I highly recommend Executive Inn. "

"The Sassafras Inn is a wonderful accommodation with an amazing host. Darren contacted us before our stay with information on the Inn, local restaurants, and area attractions. He was there to greet us when we arrived, gave us a tour, and offered his freshly baked muffins, which we enjoyed with coffee. We were in the Magnolia Suite upstairs, quiet and spacious. Before going to dinner in town, we had an enjoyable sit on the side porch. We highly recommend the Inn and Darren for a very comfortable stay!"

"The accomadations were very comfortable. The room was great. And the entire place was very comfortable. It was a pleasure meeting and visiting with the hosts. Unfortunately, I had to leave quite early each morning and missed out on a great breakfast, according to several of the locals I spoke with. This location sets the bar for what a BnB should be. I can only hope my travels will take me here again… especially at a time when I am able to stay for breakfast."

"The owner who goes by "Pete" refuses to provide guests with proper liens and toiletries. The motel is infested with roaches, bed bugs, and black mold. There is also holes in the walls of most rooms. The hot water heaters run out of hot water constantly. There is constant activity coming and going in and out of most rooms. The entire motel appears to be under active construction with no real results. Very loud disrespectful quests. Multiple guests have been injured on the grounds including recently an elderly woman fell twice first time broke her arm, and then the second fall shattered the same broken arm. Owner kicked out a family because the husband/father suffers from epilepsy."
