"AWFUL, DEGRADING, UNSANITARY. When we arrived, the access codes weren't working, and we had to call and wait for them to fix it, as there was absolutely no one at reception. I had booked a suite, which was more expensive, and due to my health problems and the number of stairs without air conditioning or lighting, I requested a room change. That was another ordeal: aside from a rude cleaner who rushed us to make the change, saying she had to leave and talking on her phone, we found that when we went to enter the codes in the new assigned room, the door opened because there were already guests inside. After a very unpleasant time in which we didn't even know which room we were in, very aggressive with the other guests, and with the woman chasing us to see where we were going or what we were doing, we were finally able to change rooms. They put us in room 01, a room next to the street. Without soundproofing, we could hear everything when anyone entered: the door, conversations... It was impossible to sleep. The window had no curtains, and if you opened it, you could see everything since it faces the street. The shower in the room leaked underneath, and when you showered, the whole floor flooded. The window frame was covered in mold from dampness. There was mold even inside the wardrobe drawer. The bathroom extractor fan was deafening; it was impossible to turn on the light at night because you'd wake the other person. The bathroom was full of dampness and condensation and had water leaks; in fact, a blue liquid was coming out of the toilet, and we don't know where it was coming from. I won't even mention the state of the toilet brush... because it was enough to make you vomit. Ants were everywhere, which was super convenient for traveling with two dogs whose food bowls you put on the floor, but after a short time, the food was covered in ants, so we had to throw away a lot of their food. The air conditioning unit seemed to be malfunctioning because it barely produced any air, and we were freezing. There wasn't even an extra blanket or pillow, and of course, there was no one at reception to ask for anything. We had to buy a blanket and a pillow. But as if all that wasn't enough, not only did we NOT receive a refund for the price difference between upgrading from a suite to a regular room, but they charged me 80 euros for the two dogs, and when I checked out, the email said the total cost for pets, even though it was multiplied by two, was 40 euros: HALF OF WHAT THEY CHARGED ME! And I even asked for a payment receipt... But of course, they ignored me and never sent it... You call trying to sort it out and it's all excuses; depending on what you say, they give you one answer or another, changing their story, and the person on the phone wouldn't let you speak, was rude, and ended up hanging up on us. Of course, when we called again, NO ONE ANSWERED, and to top it all off, they deleted messages they had sent from the WhatsApp conversation. A real disgrace... THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT IT IS THE LOCATION, but that's not even worth it."
