"This was by far the worse hotel stay I've ever had at a Hilton Brand hotel. The couch in our room was so worn, there were holes in it and cushions clearly visable through the uphostery. The two chairs in the kitchen were so filthy dirty, we put towels on them just to sit on them. We had two lamps in the room and neither of them worked because the bulbs needed replacing. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink and the cold water just dribbled out of the faucet. It couldn't be used. We had a king bed that was clearly concaved. As soon as we saw it, we knew it would be a problem. It was extemely uncomfortable and worn. This entire room needed a rehab several years ago. I'm absolutely shocked that I would get a room like this from Hilton Hotels. That mattress in our room should be tossed today. The saddest thing for me is the folks that fun this facility know all of this. In spite of that, we are allowed to check into a room in this condition. Shameful........"
